Trainee Product Manager

We’re looking for a Trainee Product Manager to join our project. You’ll take tasks, learn through hands-on work and, over time, grow into a full Product Manager position. You’ll work on the project with mentorship from our Product Manager and move at a startup pace from day one.

Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of experience in product management or a related field.
• Completed course or other formal program in product management covering user acquisition, monetization and retention.
• Basic knowledge of product metrics, funnels, hypothesis testing and product research.
• Curiosity about products and the ability to learn fast.
• Proactive approach: you take initiative and move tasks forward without reminders.
• Strong skills in finding, collecting, verifying and organizing information.
• Systematic approach, attention to detail and the ability to see operational tasks through to completion.
• Confident use of Google Sheets, Google Docs and AI tools.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher, enough for independent work with English sources and day-to-day work communication.

Career switchers are welcome if you’ve already started learning product management.

Nice to have:

• Portfolio with educational or real-world cases.
• Experience with product metrics, funnels, competitive analysis or user research.
• Completed Model of Growth or similar product management courses.

What you’ll do:

• Operationalize product areas and complete product tasks set by the Product Manager.
• Research the market, competitors and users.
• Collect, verify and organize product data.
• Prepare materials and conclusions based on research and experiment results.
• Maintain product documentation, set and track operational tasks.
• Coordinate individual tasks with engineering, design and marketing.
• Monitor the results of launches, ad campaigns, landing pages and product funnels.
