We are looking for an experienced SMM Specialist to drive engagement and expand our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. 

This role is perfect for a specialist who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has a deep understanding of each platform's nuances, and excels at creating content that drives engagement and audience growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement content strategy and campaign development on different GEOs across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Twitter) that prompt our consumer to engage and share with their community regularly.
• Monitor content to ensure it authentically aligns with brand values and positioning.
• To scale innovative ideas from conception to campaign execution, maintaining a distinct yet cohesive brand perspective throughout.
• Cultivate advocacy and engagement through organic channels, ensuring top-tier community management across all business lines.
• Lead competitive tracking of social activity, identify and ideate around new content and monitor the industry for best practices in driving engagement.
• Establish benchmarks and best practices to guide and scale marketing efforts across all channels on certain GEOs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of social media management experience at a B2C brand, preferably within financial services (but not required).
• A thorough understanding of media metrics to track and hit KPl's, and the ability to leverage data insights to determine strategies.
• Experience with social media / Influencer management tools (Sprout Social, RivallQ, Tribe, Telemetr.io, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Experience with FinTech, Crypto, Gambling.
• Working with African or Asian market is required.
• Proficient with social video + photo content capture; must be comfortable editing content on their own, as well as working closely with video editors/design team.
• Demonstrated experience working with video editing platforms such as CapCut, In-Shot, etc.
• Trend savvy with a deep understanding of Social media trends, slang, etc on the chosen GEOs.

Will be a plus

• Background in the FinTech niche.
• Experience in launching influencer campaigns on social media.
• Knowledge of regional specifics of African and Asian markets.

We are building a decentralized Web3 lottery platform powered by smart contracts and transparent on-chain mechanics. The platform combines blockchain logic, backend services, and a modern web interface to ensure secure ticket processing, verifiable randomness, and automated prize distribution.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to support our Lead Designer in improving and evolving the product interface and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Refine and enhance existing interfaces post-MVP, ensuring clarity, engagement, and visual consistency
• Design screens for lottery participation, tickets, event flows, and winner states
• Create high-quality UI animations and motion elements in After Effects, including win states and reward flows
• Develop micro-interactions that boost engagement and improve usability
• Design wallet connection flows, transaction states, and confirmation feedback for Web3 users
• Prepare responsive layouts for desktop and mobile platforms
• Maintain design consistency across all touchpoints
• Design interfaces that clearly communicate on-chain outcomes and lottery results
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI and UX

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Proven experience creating UI animations in After Effects
• Strong portfolio featuring product interfaces — i-gaming experience is required
• Advanced Figma skills (components, variants, auto-layout)
• Exceptional attention to visual detail and consistency
• Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-moving team

Strong Advantage:

• Experience designing engagement-driven interfaces for gaming or interactive platforms
• Familiarity with Web3 or crypto UX flows
• Experience creating animated UI states (win screens, reward flows, transitions)
