The environment is fast-moving, commercially driven, and typical of a high-growth, PE-backed scale-up.

You have:

• Current or recent Director-level (or equivalent Head of) experience in Sales Enablement or Revenue Excellence
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
• Verifiable experience implementing or driving MEDDPICC/MEDDIC methodologies
• Location in the UK, Poland, or Germany, with the ability to travel regionally
• Nice to have: experience in a PE-backed or high-growth scale-up environment
• Nice to have: experience supporting pan-European sales teams across multiple entities
• Nice to have: PropTech or commercial real estate domain experience

What to do:

• Own the revenue enablement system, certification standards, and sales execution disciplines across the sales organization
• Drive adoption of MEDDPICC (or a comparable methodology) as a working deal-strategy tool embedded in daily seller behavior, not just a CRM checklist
• Build a role-based onboarding journey that reduces time to first deal and time to full productivity
• Coach frontline sales managers to diagnose performance gaps and improve seller behavior
• Measure the impact of enablement interventions beyond completion rates, including win rates and stage-to-stage conversion
• Support and standardize sales execution across a pan-European team of roughly 30 quota-carrying reps across multiple entities

Now we’re looking for a Sales Manager to own sales activities — from first outreach to demo and close.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and conduct cold outreach to potential B2B clients (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.)
• Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and present the product
• Run product demos and conduct sales calls
• Drive deals to close: follow up, handle objections, and convert leads into clients
• Maintain and update deal and activity data in CRM
• Track outreach volume and pipeline traction

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience (B2B is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• English B2+ is a must (other languages are strong plus)
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
• Curiosity, proactivity, and genuine love for sales

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps roles with deep,
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure,
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline development, maintenance, and improvement, preferably using GitLab Ultimate,
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS & EKS),
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), primarily using Terraform,
• Experience in monitoring, performance optimization, and system security,
• Excellent problem-solving skills,
• Cost-conscious approach to infrastructure and DevOps solutions,
• Proactive mindset: ability to identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and propose improvements,
• Strong ownership attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Practical experience with AWS, especially in hybrid or multi-cloud environments,
• Advanced Cloud Security: Experience with cloud-native security tools, identity management, and implementing security best practices,

• MLOps Experience: Exposure to building or managing infrastructure for machine learning pipelines (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, MLFlow, KubeFlow).

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure across Azure,
• Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines for application deployment using GitLab Ultimate,
• Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS),
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code, primarily using Terraform,
• Monitor system performance, ensure high availability, and proactively address issues,
• Apply cloud security best practices, including identity management and threat detection,
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to improve DevOps processes.
