.NET Developer (Teams, Calls,Voice)

.NET Engineer | Microsoft Teams & Voice Communications

We are looking for a .NET Engineer to join our product team working on a voice communication platform with deep Microsoft Teams integration.

This role is focused on backend development and communication-related functionality, including calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data. You will work with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Graph APIs, develop new features, maintain existing integrations, and troubleshoot production issues.

We are looking for an engineer with commercial experience in Microsoft Teams integrations and a good understanding of how communication and voice functionality works in real-world products.

What you’ll do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
• Design and support integrations with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph API, and Teams communication APIs.
• Build and enhance functionality for calls, meetings, recordings, and communication data.
• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Teams bots hosted on Azure, including real-time activity processing and notifications.
• Implement and improve Teams activity feed notifications using Microsoft Graph API.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Deploy, configure, and manage bots and backend services on Azure (Bot Service, App Service, AKS).
• Configure bot authentication, authorization, and permissions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Troubleshoot production issues, monitor system performance, and ensure service reliability.
• Improve the performance, stability, and scalability of the platform.

• Collaborate with the team on technical solutions, architecture, and continuous platform improvements.

   

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of commercial experience with C# / .NET
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core
• Commercial experience with Microsoft Teams integrations
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with Teams calls, meetings, recordings, or communication APIs
• Experience building REST APIs and integrations with external services
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and integration patterns
• Experience troubleshooting production issues
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks

• English — B2+
