Responsibilities

– Drive and be in charge of financial licensing processes in the EU, UK and other regions

– Maintain and open a correspondent and operational bank account(s)

– Deal with complex legal requests and RFIs (banks, authorities)

– Serve as a primary liaison for correspondence with local law firms, auditors, and regulators

– Conduct audits before relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, financial providers, banks, payment systems and partners

– Report regularly to the CEO and head of operations on regulatory issues and/or proposals

– Lead the response to crises and emergencies, maintaining business continuity and minimising risks

Mandatory Requirements

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Legal Counsel/ Legal Advisor/Lawyer position in regulated companies, with a track record of acquiring and maintaining EU/UK EMI, bank, payment companies or PI licenses

– Understanding of international corporate law, general tax principles, due diligence for corporate entities, and EU licensing and compliance principles

– Proven experience in enhancing company compliance with regulatory obligations, ideally having worked in organisations that transitioned from startup to established enterprise levels

– Experience opening international bank accounts, correspondent bank accounts, and communication with regulators

– Experience drafting agreements, such as NDA, MSA, Employment Agreement, etc

– Experience dealing with audits, correspondent and corporate bank accounts, etc

– Fluent level of English proficiency

– Master’s degree in law

As a plus

– Knowledge of the regulatory framework in Malta or experience working with the MFSA

– Familiarity with the legal aspects of digital payments, anti-fraud measures, and transaction monitoring

• In-depth experience with AWS cloud services - VPC, IAM, S3, EC2, etc, understanding best practices, performance optimisation and processing of big (petabyte) data
• AWS networking related to data transfer and migration between cloud providers

Your Mission as a Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of our existing product catalog. This role is not about launching brand-new product lines from scratch, but rather about managing and optimizing current variations, expanding collections thoughtfully, and reducing return rates through data-driven improvements.

What We Expect from You

• 1+ year in e-commerce or product development (R&D, DTC, etc.).
• Experience with Shopify and/or Amazon platforms.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas).
• Basic understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis validation.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the existing product assortment: variations, colors, sizes, and collections.
• Analyze customer feedback and return reasons to identify product-related issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Suggest and launch new product variations (sizes/colors) based on data insights and customer needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product quality, resolve issues, and manage new variation onboarding.
• Continuously work on reducing return rates by improving product fit, sizing accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate the performance of listings and coordinate improvements to visuals, descriptions, and sizing guides.
• Plan and run A/B tests (visuals, size charts, messaging) to increase conversions and reduce returns.
• Collaborate with Support, Creative, Marketing, and Logistics teams to align product messaging and launches.

• Prepare product performance reports and identify opportunities for optimization or cross-functional initiatives.
