    Who we are:

Adaptiq is a technology hub specializing in building, scaling, and supporting R&D teams for high-end, fast-growing product companies in a wide range of industries.

    About the Product:

Our client operates a global B2B distribution platform connecting supply partners and third-party resellers through real-time APIs and microservices.

The system delivers end-to-end search, pricing, booking, and update notifications across multiple continents, handling billions of daily requests.

It integrates diverse external feeds for availability, rates, taxes, and policies, processes data in asynchronous pipelines, and exposes flexible interfaces to accommodate various consumer needs.

Deployed across cloud regions, the platform uses persistent databases, in-memory caches, and queuing layers to ensure low-latency responses under heavy load.

Engineers face challenges in distributed system design, performance tuning at scale, resilient error handling, and continuous delivery of critical revenue-driving services.

    About the Role:

This senior position sits in the core infrastructure team responsible for the mission-critical search and transaction services at the heart of the platform.

You will take full lifecycle ownership of key microservices, from initial design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

Working in bi-weekly sprints, you will collaborate with product managers, architects, and DevOps to deliver new features, troubleshoot production incidents, and drive system performance improvements.

In this role you will shape service contracts, maintain event-driven workflows, integrate external APIs, enforce coding standards, and expand automated test coverage.

You will mentor peers, influence technical direction, and directly impact the reliability and scalability of a high-volume platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices that support high-volume search and booking workflows.

    • Integrate, normalize, and process data from multiple external services into flexible downstream interfaces.

    • Optimize service performance and maintain low-latency responses under heavy concurrency and global traffic.

    • Build and maintain automated unit and integration tests, ensuring code quality and preventing regressions.

    • Troubleshoot production issues, collaborating with DevOps on deployments, monitoring, and incident response.

    • Participate in architecture and design reviews to drive resilience, scalability, and service decomposition.

    • Own one or more services as the designated system owner, ensuring uptime, observability, and comprehensive documentation.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

    Required Competence and Skills:

    • At least 5 years of professional backend development experience.

    • Proven track record designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.

    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js (e.g., Express or equivalent frameworks).

    • Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven patterns, and related pitfalls.

    • Solid grasp of fundamental design principles for distributed, high-scale applications.

    • Experience with data stores such as Redis, MongoDB, MySQL, or similar technologies.

    • Familiarity with queuing solutions like RabbitMQ, SQS, Gearman, or equivalents.

    • Skilled in writing automated tests and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

    • Proficient with Git for version control.

    • Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and Linux environments.

    • Understanding of containerization and deployment workflows in a DevOps context.

    Why Us:

•We provide 20 days of vacation leave per calendar year (plus official national holidays of a country you are based in).

•We provide full accounting and legal support in all countries we operate.

    About Sembly AI

Sembly AI is a SaaS platform that transforms conversations into actionable intelligence. We are a product-led company with thousands of daily users. Our technology integrates with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex to generate polished deliverables (summaries, reports, proposals) and actionable insights.

    The Mission

We are hiring a Head of Growth to build the engine for net new customer acquisition.

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to solve the "Lead Volume" equation.

Your mandate is singular: Drive Net New Business. While our Sales team manages our existing user expansion, your job is to hunt in the wild. You will build and scale the paid and organic channels that bring new buyers to Sembly, ensuring our Sales team has a constant stream of high-intent, qualified opportunities from outside our current database.

You will report directly to the COO and work alongside a fractional CMO (Advisor).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the "New Business" Number: You are responsible for the monthly target of Net New Qualified Leads (MQLs) delivered to Sales.
    • Lead the Team: You will directly manage the Content/SEO Manager and an Analytics resource.
    • Manage the Budget: You will deploy a monthly performance budget across Paid Search (Google), Paid Social (LinkedIn), and other channels. You own the ROI of every dollar spent.
    • Define and Validate ICPs: You will collaborate with the fractional CMO to define ICPs and rigorously test it in the market. You are responsible for validating who our best buyers actually are and providing data-backed feedback to refine our ICP definitions.
    • Translate Messaging into Creative: You will translate our core value propositions into specific ad copy, hooks, and landing page narratives. You ensure our message resonates on a tactical level.
    • Channel Discovery: You will identify and validate the channels where our ICP hangs out. You aren't just optimizing existing ads; you are launching new experiments to find our next wave of growth.
    • The "Front Door" Experience: You own the website conversion rate, landing pages, and the "Book a Demo" flow. You ensure that when traffic arrives, it converts.
    • Creative Self-Sufficiency: You will work with a shared internal Designer for high-value assets, but you are expected to be proficient enough in Canva/Figma/Unbounce to ship ad creatives and landing pages independently when speed is required.

    The Ideal Profile

    • 6-10 Years B2B SaaS Experience: You have a track record of driving inbound demand for SaaS products in the $5M–$10M ARR range.
    • Paid Acquisition Expert: You have personally managed monthly ad budgets of $20k+. You know exactly how to target "Team Leads" and "Directors" on LinkedIn and Google.
    • A "Hunter" Mindset: You are a hands-on leader who wants to figure out how to get Sembly in front of the segments of the market that haven’t heard of us yet.
    • Technical Marketer: You understand pixel tracking, UTMs, and attribution. You can prove exactly which ad drove which demo. You’ve gotten messy with Javascript and liked it.
    • Martech Friendly: You are familiar with leading and emerging marketing tool stacks that achieve great results.
    • Analytical Approach: You believe “if it wasn’t measured it didn’t happen” – you rely heavily on metrics and statistics to make data driven decisions.
    • Design & Copy Capable: You can write a compelling cold ad and design a decent banner without waiting 3 days for a designer.

    Why Join Sembly?

    • Clean Mandate: You don't have to worry about churn or upsells. Your only job is Growth.
    • Exciting Product: We are pioneers in a new AI-enabled product category.
    • Product-Market Fit: We have thousands of users. The product works. We need you to pour fuel on the fire.
    • Leadership Opportunity: You will be heading up a new marketing function, with an opportunity to flex your leadership talents in a fast-paced environment.
    • Real Budget: You will have a dedicated budget to test, learn, and scale your strategies.
