Your future responsibilities include:
- Managing a variety of customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests,

About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven and execution-minded Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead and scale our marketing engine across multiple countries, channels, and customer segments.
As CMO, you’ll own the full marketing strategy — from paid acquisition and brand building to retention and lifecycle flows. You'll be responsible for designing and executing a multi-market, multi-channel growth system, deeply rooted in business intelligence and experimentation.
