We are looking for Head of Amazon — a key leadership role for someone who deeply understands marketplace dynamics, operates confidently with data, and knows how to manage the main growth drivers of Amazon and other marketplaces.
This role requires an operational mindset, strong ownership, and decision-making based on metrics. You will build a clear, scalable structure and lead the marketplace direction with a direct impact on company growth and brand positioning in one of the most competitive e-commerce environments.

🛠 Working Conditions:
💵 Compensation: $3,500 – $4,000
🛒 Marketplaces: Amazon (core focus), with exposure to Walmart and BestBuy

🔍 Requirements & Experience:

🔹5+ years of Amazon experience as Head of Amazon / Monetization Manager / Brand Manager or similar roles with direct responsibility for conversion, sales, and profitability (Private Label model; experience with other marketplaces is a plus)

🔹Deep understanding of Amazon algorithms: ranking factors, traffic growth mechanics, and KPI-driven scaling

🔹Strong hands-on experience with Seller Central, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, and other Amazon tools, including A/B testing solutions

🔹Solid marketing knowledge: traffic management, content optimization, review and rating management

🔹Practical experience in creating, optimizing, and scaling listings and variations, as well as direct interaction with the marketplace

🔹English level C1 for communication with support, calls, documentation, and continuous learning

🔹Ownership & results orientation — we evaluate outcomes, not effort, and give authority together with responsibility

🔸Plan sales, profit, and core business metrics across marketplaces

🔸Ensure achievement of sales targets, as well as profitability on Amazon and other marketplaces

🔸Own traffic and conversion performance across marketplaces, including:

- Maintaining TOP rankings for core keywords and SEO optimization of listings
- Developing tactics and resource calculations to achieve and retain Bestseller status
- Creating hypotheses and running A/B tests for content, titles, and keyword sets
- Search and conversion rate optimization of listings

We are looking for a junior backend developer to help automate the collection of publicly available information from the internet. You will build Node.js automation services using Playwright/Puppeteer and improve their reliability over time. This is an internal product at our team and is not an outsourcing or outstaffing-type contract.

What you’ll do: 💼

- Implement browser automation (Playwright/Puppeteer) to gather public information;

- Build small Node.js services/scripts to schedule and run automation jobs;

- Parse and normalize extracted data into structured formats;

- Add reliability features: retries, timeouts, concurrency limits, logging;

- Participate in code reviews and keep documentation up to date;

Requirements: 🎯

- Basic Node.js backend experience (async/await, REST, error handling);

- Practical Playwright or Puppeteer experience (selectors, navigation, waits);

- Git and basic development workflow (branches, PRs);

- English level B1+ (reading docs + working communication);

Nice to have: 🤩

- PostgreSQL experience (tables, simple queries);

- AWS basics, especially SQS (queues, consumers, retries/DLQ concepts);

- Docker basics;
