• Prepare and configure laptops and peripherals for new employees, internal transfers, and replacements.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows and macOS environments.

• Process offboarding activities including device wiping and access removal to ensure data security.
   

IT systems & infrastructure support

• Manage Active Directory users, groups, and policies.

Asset management & operations

Strong Backend Engineer + basic LLM experience

Position Summary 

The Generative AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for building AI-powered backend features and automation components using modern LLM APIs. The role requires strong backend engineering fundamentals in any mainstream programming language (Python, Node.js, PHP or similar), the ability to analyze requirement documents, convert them into technical structure, and deliver rapid proof-of-concept implementations.

Key Responsibilities
