• Manage roles and rights via Alice, including role creation, rights/entitlements designation, custom scope creation, and reporting (excluding user management).
• Support ServiceNow access for 1st and 2nd level support teams.
• Review and optimize current Role & Rights Management (ROS) processes, including reports, dashboards, and templates, providing recommendations for global adaptation.
• Assist in rollout planning and timeline management, including cluster-based execution.
• Coordinate training efforts using a train-the-trainer approach during transitions (e.g., Papirfly to MBC).
• Prepare and ensure readiness of ISA/SLA documentation and service agreements for markets.
• Ensure IT and data protection compliance during rollouts by evaluating existing processes and maintaining regulatory adherence.
• Perform regular IT security support tasks, including EPA, SCAS, and managing compliance documentation such as FOSS or DPoB.
• Prepare, review, and support management reporting, including KPIs from ServiceNow, adoption rates, and system availability.

About the role:

Unite Cloud is a cloud-native platform, fully built, deployed, and operated in Microsoft Azure.
Cloud is not an extension of the system - it is the core and only runtime environment for all services.

From a technical perspective, the project uses ASP.NET Core with microservices architecture on the backend, Angular with Material UI on the front end, and Azure with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and deployment.

The project is under active development, and you will continuously work on new functionality and improvements. At 3Shape, software development is carried out by self-organizing agile teams using Scrum as the primary development methodology.

 

Areas of responsibility:

• Develop and maintain backend services using ASP.NET Core
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and adherence to best practices
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs between the frontend and backend
• Operate, debug, and maintain cloud-based systems running in Azure
• Build, deploy, and operate cloud-native services in Microsoft Azure
• Work with Azure as the primary and only runtime environment
• Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (we use Pulumi)
• Improve system maintainability by designing and implementing automated tests
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions
• Collaborate closely with team members across locations and disciplines

Your profile:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Solid experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
• Experience building and maintaining microservice-based systems
• Experience working in cloud-native environments
• Understanding of domain-driven design and event-driven architecture
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
• Confident English communication skills

Your key skills:

• Strong proficiency in .NET / ASP.NET Core for building and maintaining backend services
• Experience with Microsoft Azure as a primary runtime and infrastructure environment

Would be a plus:

• Background in GitHub Actions
• Experience in building Infrastructure-As-Code (Pulumi, Terraform)
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar data-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills for complex data transformations and analytics-ready datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data pipelines, automation, and data processing.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred).
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (fact/dimension modeling, star schemas).
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple data sources.
• Familiarity with data quality, monitoring, and validation practices.
• Experience handling customer, transactional, and behavioral data in a digital or e-commerce environment.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Analytics, Engineering).

Nice to have:

Job responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines ingesting data from multiple sources:
  e-commerce platform (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud), CRM/marketing tools (Klaviyo), web analytics, fulfillment and logistics systems.
• Ensure reliable, near-real-time data ingestion for customer behavior, orders, inventory, and marketing performance.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using cloud-native tools.
• Model and maintain customer, order, product, and session-level datasets to support analytics and personalization use cases.
• Enable 360° customer view by unifying data from website interactions, email/SMS campaigns, purchases, and returns.
• Support data needs for personalization tools (e.g. product recommendation quizzes, ritual finders).
• Build datasets that power marketing attribution, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and LTV calculations.
• Enable data access for growth, marketing, and CRM teams to optimize campaign targeting and personalization
• Ensure accurate tracking and validation of events, conversions, and user journeys across channels.
• Work closely with Product, E-commerce, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
• Support experimentation initiatives (A/B testing, new digital experiences, virtual stores).
• Act as a data partner in decision-making for growth, CX, and operational efficiency.
• Build and manage data solutions on cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS).
• Optimize storage and compute costs while maintaining performance and scalability.

• Develop and maintain mobile app responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React Native and JavaScript.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, pixel-perfect React code.
