The Role

We are looking for a creative, fast-moving, and AI-native AI Video Creator who can produce high-quality video content using modern AI tools, editing platforms, and content production workflows.

This is not a traditional video editor role.

You will be responsible for turning ideas, scripts, briefs, articles, and marketing messages into engaging video content for social media, product storytelling, campaigns, and brand communication.

The ideal candidate is both:

• A strong visual storyteller
• A hands-on AI content creator who understands modern AI video tools, short-form content formats, hooks, pacing, captions, visuals, and fast production cycles

Responsibilities

AI Video Production

• Create short-form and long-form video content using AI tools
• Turn scripts, briefs, articles, and ideas into engaging video assets
• Generate video concepts, scenes, visuals, voiceovers, subtitles, and edits
• Create videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms
• Produce multiple content variations quickly for testing and optimization
• Maintain strong visual quality, pacing, structure, and storytelling

AI Content Creation

• Use AI tools for video generation, image generation, voiceovers, editing, subtitles, research, ideation, and automation
• Create and refine prompts for AI video, image, voice, and content generation tools
• Work with tools such as Runway, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms
• Improve video workflows using AI-assisted production systems
• Stay updated on the latest AI video tools, content formats, trends, and techniques

Creative Execution

• Develop strong hooks, intros, transitions, captions, and visual structures
• Edit videos for clarity, engagement, retention, and platform optimization
• Select music, visuals, effects, voiceovers, and pacing that support the message
• Ensure content is polished, brand-consistent, and easy to understand
• Adapt content style based on platform, audience, and campaign goals

Content Operations

• Work closely with project managers, marketers, and creative leads
• Follow briefs, deadlines, publishing schedules, and production priorities
• Organize creative assets, project files, scripts, and video versions
• Deliver fast turnaround while maintaining high-quality standards
• Identify ways to improve speed, quality, and repeatability of the production process

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI video creation tools and workflows
• Experience creating video content for social media, marketing, or digital campaigns
• Good understanding of short-form content, hooks, pacing, captions, and storytelling
• Ability to write clear prompts for AI-generated video, visuals, voice, and scripts
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and produce multiple content variations
• Understanding of social media platforms and content trends
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow creative briefs
• Ability to work in a high-speed startup environment
• English proficiency

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI avatars, AI voiceovers, faceless videos, animation, motion design, or AI-generated visuals
• Experience with Veo, Runway, Pika, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Basic copywriting or scriptwriting skills
• Understanding of performance-driven content strategy

How We Work

EST-aligned hours (7 AM - 4 PM EST / 14:00 - 23:00 Kyiv Time). Direct communication, no layers between you and decision-makers. We move fast, speak plainly, and value people who take full accountability for their output.

You will be expected to test tools, move quickly, produce content consistently, and improve the quality of output every week.

We're looking for a Partnerships Manager who will find the right financial and technology partners, analyze their offers, compare terms, and see partnerships through to launch.
 

This is a hands-on, operational role for someone who can research independently, reach out to companies, work with documents, and drive negotiations to a concrete result.
 

Responsibilities

• Find potential partners for FinDech's projects.
• Research available banking, payment, and fintech solutions on the market.
• Reach out to banks, EMIs, payment providers, BaaS platforms, KYC/AML services, and card and crypto partners.
• Request presentations, commercial proposals, pricing, and onboarding terms.
• Compare partner offers on cost, geography, functionality, integration timelines, and requirements.
• Prepare clear internal reports and recommendations on partner selection.
• Take part in negotiations and in agreeing commercial and operational terms.
• Coordinate document exchange, form completion, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain communication with partners during integration and launch.
• Maintain a database of partners, contacts, offers, and current statuses.
• Track new fintech solutions and opportunities to grow FinDech's products.
   

Who we're looking for

• Experience in partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or an adjacent field, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Ability to find companies and reach the right people on your own.
• English strong enough for calls and negotiations. A significant part of partner communication is in English.
• Strong business writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze commercial proposals and compare terms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to run several negotiations in parallel.
• Confident with Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM.
   

Nice to have

• Experience with banks, EMIs, PSPs, acquiring, card programs, or international payments.
• Understanding of the basics of KYC, AML, compliance, and financial regulation.
• Experience completing corporate questionnaires and preparing onboarding documents.
• Understanding of BaaS, embedded finance, white-label, and API integration models.
• A legal background.

Deep technical or legal knowledge isn't required. What matters more is the ability to get up to speed on a new product, ask the right questions, and drive the process through to a result methodically.
