We’re scaling our Infrastructure Stream and need an Infra Engineer who wants to build, not just maintain.

Right now, our Infra Engineers keep Solidgate’s backend services running smoothly. But we’re also investing in something bigger: implementing Kubernetes for our internal management and analytics infrastructure. And you who will be in charge of it.

This isn’t a standard ops role. There’s a real R&D component here — you’ll evaluate whether and how Kubernetes fits our needs, experiment with solutions, and make calls that shape our infrastructure for years.

If you want to work with Kubernetes but you’re tired of inheriting someone else’s setup, this is your chance to do it right from day one.

Your role

As Territory Sales Manager (Ukraine), you are the sole owner of our client’s commercial success in Ukraine. This is a hybrid “Hunter-Farmer” role with a strong emphasis on new business. You are responsible for identifying, negotiating, and closing new deals, while acting as the official face of our client in the region and managing existing commercial relationships.

You will navigate a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles (3–6 months), working directly with military units, volunteers, and the Ministry of Defence. You operate with a high degree of autonomy and are accountable for the entire commercial landscape in Ukraine: from winning new contracts to ensuring existing customers grow with our client.

Your responsibilities will include

Full-Cycle Closing: Identifying prospects, conducting discovery, demonstrating value, negotiating terms, and signing contracts independently.

Local Representation: Acting as our client’s official representative in Ukraine; building and maintaining trust with government bodies, industry partners, and the defence community to secure long-term market position.

Account Management: Managing and expanding existing commercial accounts. You are responsible for renewals, customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upsells within the current client base.

Revenue Accountability: Delivering on a specific revenue quota (targeting €1.5—2.5M) through a mix of new business acquisition and account expansion.

Our team is developing a set of services that support the company's operational activities, starting with the gaming platform itself, back-offices, and data analytics. The product is being developed by a small team of experienced professionals.

We work extensively with databases and distributed systems, discuss and implement architectural solutions, and conduct RND procedures to check the performance of certain solutions. We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer (Node.js/NestJS) to join our high-performance engineering team.
In this role, you will build scalable microservices, work with modern event-driven architecture, and contribute to the development of large, high-load systems used by thousands of users daily.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-load backend services using Node.js (NestJS).
• Build and optimize microservices architecture for scalability and resilience.
• Work with PostgreSQL (TypeORM), MongoDB (Mongoose), ClickHouse, and Redis.
• Implement efficient communication between services using gRPC.
• Integrate and work with Kafka and other message-driven components.
