As a PSP Operations Manager at TrueLabel, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational setup, configuration, and performance of payment service providers (PSPs) across our iGaming brands. Responsibilities:

• Implement effective recruitment strategies to source and screen candidates to identify the best fit for our open positions.
• Use multipule channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct online interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Effectively communicate with candidates, negotiate offers and assist with completing paperwork for new hires.
• Manage our CRM system, maintain accurate and up to date records, generate reports for Recruitment Team Lead to ensure efficient tracking and monitoring of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Team Lead to understand the company’s hiring needs and ensure the successful placement of candidates.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process and enhance the candidate’s experience.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to conduct 20+ cold calls per day to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone), Monday to Friday.

Our client is a Netherlands-based company building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for traders and agricultural suppliers. AI-powered workflow automation, document intelligence, and product development.
