Viso is an outsourcing company that has been on the market for over 3 years. We’re expanding our PMO as new projects come in, so we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team and help keep delivery running smoothly.

It’s a hands-on operational role for a Strong Junior who already has commercial experience in IT outsourcing — we’re building a team of A-players and looking for people with exactly that potential.

💼 What you’ll do

You’ll help keep several small projects transparent and predictable for clients and the team:

• Keep clients updated — statuses, reports, and clear communication in the cadence they expect
• Track tasks, deadlines, and developer workload; make sure daily/weekly updates happen on time
• Help developers stay unblocked — coordinate with tech experts and keep the team supported
• Handle admin: time tracking, hours / scope / SLA, and HR/finance coordination (vacations, sick leave)

• Spot risks early and flag them with a possible solution — the PM makes the final call

🧠 What we’re looking for

• 6+ months of experience in an IT outsourcing/outstaff company in a coordination, PM-assistant, operations, or support role
• English B2 (written) — you write client statuses, reports, and notes yourself, no translator needed. Spoken B2+ is a plus
• Basic understanding of SDLC (PR, commit, sprint, backlog, release) — you don’t code, but you follow what developers discuss
• Confident with tracking tools (Notion / Jira / Asana / ClickUp)

• Comfortable with numbers — hours, limits, SLA

And the traits that matter most to us:

• Ownership — you follow through on your tasks without needing reminders
• Proactivity — you raise issues early and come with a suggestion, not just the problem
• Organization — you keep your own system for deadlines and rhythm
• Clear communication — you talk to developers and clients directly, and pull out the real blocker instead of settling for “all good”
• Client-growth mindset — you get that the goal isn’t just to run a project, but to help the client and their product grow. You won’t be doing this from day one, but you keep that lens as you develop

✨ Nice to have

• Product thinking; basic BA skills (user stories, acceptance criteria)

Job Summary

As a Software Engineer, you will review AI-generated code and compare it with how you would write the solution yourself. Your main responsibility will be to evaluate AI-generated solutions, identify mistakes, and uncover reasoning gaps.
Right now, our developers are helping other engineers who work with AI get more accurate and reliable code. So, if you’ve ever written a prompt for AI and received a great answer, there’s a chance that work done by our developers helped make that answer better.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Software Developer on commercial projects, including B2B SaaS systems and data-heavy applications.
• Use AI tools (AI agents, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar) in daily workflow.
• Experience working with existing codebases and unfamiliar repositories
• Strong experience with Node.js
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS or Fastify
• Good understanding of REST API and backend architecture
• Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Ability to independently analyze code and identify bugs or inconsistencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2)

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Frontier Labs, producing training data to train Al models.
• Evaluate AI-generated code, technical solutions, and engineering approaches.
• Identify bugs, incorrect assumptions, architectural issues, and weak reasoning in AI responses.
• Test and evaluate agentic coding models designed to perform complex engineering tasks at a senior developer level.
• Compare AI-generated solutions against senior engineering standards and best practices.

Bonus:

• Computer Science or related education.
• Learning new programming languages.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures.

This is not a traditional software development role. You will use your engineering expertise to analyze AI outputs, find issues in their solutions, and help train better AI systems.

Viso is an IT outsourcing company with a strong focus on AI engineering. We’re growing our business, exploring new markets, and looking for someone who wants to help us find new opportunities and turn them into long-term client relationships.

You’ll work closely with our CEO, take ownership of day-to-day business development, and have the freedom to test ideas, build relationships, and see the direct impact of your work.

🎯 Your mission

Bring new business to Viso by deeply understanding your target market, finding the right clients, and turning relevant opportunities into signed deals.

We believe effective outbound starts with research, not mass messaging. The better you understand a client's business, the more relevant your outreach and the stronger your chances of building a successful partnership.

💼 What you'll do

• Research your target niche: understand how businesses operate, where they make money, what challenges they face, and how they choose technology partners.
• Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and the best ways to reach them.

• Turn your findings into relevant targeting, messaging, and offers.

Outbound & sales

• Run outbound end to end: build target lists, write personalized outreach, follow up, and book meetings.
• Lead discovery calls, qualify opportunities, present Viso's solutions, negotiate, and drive deals toward closing.
• Manage your pipeline, track results, and continuously improve your approach.

Partnerships & international events

• Identify and develop partnerships that can bring new clients or open doors to new markets.
• Prepare for and attend international industry events: arrange meetings in advance, build relationships on-site, and follow up to turn contacts into business opportunities.

Marketing & AI

• Support client acquisition with relevant content, positioning, and marketing materials.
• Use AI tools to improve market research, prospecting, and outreach personalization.

🧠 What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Outbound in IT outsourcing, software development, AI / tech consulting, or digital product development.
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting, from building target lists to booking meetings.
• The ability to research a niche in depth and use those insights to improve targeting and outreach.
• Experience working with US, UK, or European markets.
• Experience communicating with founders, C-level executives, and other senior stakeholders.
• Confidence in running sales conversations and moving opportunities toward a deal.
• Experience with partnerships and a willingness to build new professional relationships.
• A high level of ownership: you plan your work, take initiative, and follow through on commitments.
• English proficiency sufficient to lead conversations and negotiations with international clients.
• An AI-first approach to research and business development.
• Based in Lviv and able to work from our office in a hybrid format.

Nice to have

• Experience preparing for and attending international industry events.
• Experience with marketing activities that support outbound, including content and positioning.
• Openness to business trips abroad.

🎁 What we offer

• Compensation: Fixed salary + a bonus based on closed deals.
• Time off: 14 days of paid vacation, 5 paid sick days per year, and extra days off for blood donation and company anniversaries.
• Learning & development: Business-focused English lessons and compensation for relevant courses or training.
• Work format: Hybrid work from our Lviv office at Stryiska St. 108, with a flexible start between 8:00 and 10:00.
• Business trips: Opportunities to attend international industry events and meet clients and partners in person.

We're looking for an architect to own the target-state architecture of our web platform and steer six engineering teams toward it.You'll have the final say on technical direction and work directly with team leads and engineers to put it into practice — aligning people through influence and clarity rather than authority. Most of your impact is upstream: translating business strategy into a coherent technical strategy, framing problems, and reducing risk while direction is still easy to change. You'll architect for sustained growth — horizontal scalability and the cross-cutting qualities (performance, reliability, maintainability, and the rest) that determine whether a platform keeps improving or stalls as users, data, and teams grow.We build a data-intensive B2B SaaS platform on Java 21, Spring, and AWS.

Requirements:

• 10+ years building production software, several of them in a dedicated architecture capacity, primarily on Java / Spring or C# .Net or Python.
• Demonstrated ownership of platform-level architecture spanning multiple teams.
• Deep distributed-systems expertise — microservices, event-driven and event-sourced designs.
• A proven record of scaling systems through real growth in traffic, data volume, and contributing teams.
• Command of data, caching, and search architecture (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch) and of cloud-native operations — Kubernetes / EKS, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and CI/CD — with the ability to design infrastructure as a reusable, governed platform.
• Strong grounding in observability practices — instrumentation, distributed tracing, and defining SLOs/SLIs for production systems.
• Advanced security expertise — secure-by-design architecture, authentication and authorization, and data protection across the stack.
• Fluency moving from deep technical discussion with engineers to strategic trade-off framing with executives.
• The self-direction to be the senior-most architectural voice, aligning teams through influence and clarity.

Nice to have:

• High-traffic, data-intensive web experience at scale.
• AWS certification (Solutions Architect – Professional).
• Experience introducing AI-assisted, agentic development practices across the engineering lifecycle.
• Experience driving an organization through ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance programs.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the north-star architecture, the guiding principles, and the guardrails that keep six teams coherent without becoming a bottleneck.
• Establish lightweight architectural governance — reference architectures, Architecture Decision Records, an RFC process, and a tech radar — so decisions are deliberate, documented, and durable.
• Drive domain decomposition and service boundaries (DDD, bounded contexts), and design event-driven systems with sound consistency, idempotency, and resilience semantics.
• Set the observability strategy — metrics, logging, tracing, SLOs, and alerting standards — so teams can understand system behavior, debug quickly, and operate confidently at scale.
• Shape initiatives upstream: frame the problem, weigh build-vs-buy against total cost of ownership, and set a defensible long-term direction before engineering commits.
• Treat security as a first-class architectural concern: secure-by-design, zero-trust principles, threat modeling, and data protection across the stack.
• Set the infrastructure architecture and Infrastructure-as-Code standards (e.g. Terraform).
• Build proofs of concept to validate direction and prove out emerging technology before it becomes a commitment.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise the architectural maturity of every team.
