IT Craft invites a Senior .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to a fast-growing, innovative turnkey system that provides cost-effective hiring and back-office solutions for recruiting, staffing, and HR professionals.
Our products help eliminate administrative challenges associated with time-consuming HR functions such as payroll, compliance, and more.

Technology stack: .NET Core, ReactJS, AWS, Aurora PostgreSQL, Terraform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial development experience;
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET 6/7+, ASP.NET Core;
• Solid understanding of OOP principles;
• Strong knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL);
• Hands-on background with microservices architecture and Dapper;
• Skilled in building Web APIs (REST);
• Confident use of Git and Jira;
• Ability to write unit and integration tests;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with AI development tools:
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience using AI-assisted programming and development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar systems.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions for code autogeneration, optimizing development workflows, and enhancing team productivity.
  • Ability to effectively work with tools leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to automate routine tasks and improve code quality;
