Responsibilities:

• UX/UI design for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android), ensuring seamless user experiences
• User journey optimisation to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction
• Working with design systems: maintaining, evolving, and implementing scalable and consistent UI components
• Utilising ready-made design frameworks (Shadcn, Radix, MUI, etc.) to enhance design efficiency and consistency
• Creating high-quality visual designs that align with the brand identity and improve usability
• Types of conducting UX research (the scale of which depends on the kind of project), such as testing prototypes if needed for the client
• Cross-functional collaboration: working closely with product managers, developers, and analysts to build an effective, user-friendly product
