We are looking for a visionary Film Director & Showrunner to lead the creation of high-end short-drama series. This role is for a cinematic powerhouse who understands deep storytelling, blocking, and dramatic structure, but is also ready to embrace Generative AI as their primary production engine.

You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you must be digitally native and tech-curious. We need a storyteller who can translate a traditional director’s "eye" into the world of AI-assisted filmmaking, turning scripts into seamless, prestige-quality visuals.

The Role

As the lead creative, you will act as a "one-person studio." You’ll take a project from concept to final master, using AI tools to build worlds, maintain character consistency, and direct virtual "performances." You are the bridge between classic film theory and the future of automated production.

Responsibilities

* Showrunning & Vision: Lead the narrative strategy and maintain a cohesive "look and feel" across a complete short drama series.

* Directorial Leadership: Apply your mastery of lighting, composition, and performance to AI outputs, ensuring they mirror the quality of high-end television.

Requirements

* Professional Directing Background: Proven experience as a Film Director or Showrunner with a portfolio that demonstrates a deep grasp of "the language of film."

* Cinematic Mastery: An expert understanding of film theory, pacing, and how to evoke human emotion through a lens.

* Tech-Savvy Mindset: You should have a basic, functional understanding of AI tools (like Midjourney, Runway, or Luma) and a massive appetite to learn more. You aren't afraid of new interfaces or evolving workflows.

* NLE Proficiency: Expert-level skills in industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid.

In order to be great at this job, you’ll need:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field

Team in UA is looking for a Support Shift Lead to lead 24/7 support team. This role is for a team supporting one of Team in UA's clients, DSC Video. You'll be responsible for keeping live operations running smoothly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks during shift handovers, and serving as a bridge between our support function, engineering teams, and customers.

This role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments - live sports don't wait, and neither can we!

This is a full-time position, requiring successful applicants to work a fixed shift schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a shift on our 24/7 support team, managing workload distribution and ticket allocation 
• Own shift transitions, ensuring comprehensive handovers so no open issues are lost between shifts
• Provide first and second-line technical support to customers, including troubleshooting live streaming issues and answering integration questions
• Escalate complex technical issues appropriately and track them through to resolution
• Communicate proactively with customers during live events and incidents
• Provide feedback to the Support Manager on team performance, process improvements, and training needs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to surface feature requests, operational pain points, and recurring technical issues
• Document incidents, resolutions, and emerging patterns to improve team knowledge and response times

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in technical support
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort with technical concepts (APIs, streaming protocols, integrations)
