The company’s primary focus is on regulated European markets, with its products available across more than 27 jurisdictions.

Main Responsibilities

– Provide IT support to employees (remote and on-site)

– Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access

– Handle onboarding and offboarding from the IT side

– Prepare and configure employee workstations

– Manage IT equipment procurement, delivery, and inventory

– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues

– Maintain IT documentation and asset records

– Support internal tools (Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub)

– Assist with cloud access management (AWS / GCP / Azure basics)

Mandatory Requirements

– 3+ years in IT support / Service Desk / system administration

– Experience with access management, onboarding, equipment provisioning

– Experience supporting macOS environments is preferred, Linux (Ubuntu) systems will also be considered relevant

– Understanding of network basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)

– Experience with ticketing systems

– Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

– Basic understanding of GitHub access management

– Experience with MDM solutions

– Experience with VPN or LDAP

– Administration experience in Atlassian, GitHub, AWS

• A university or technical degree

• Knowledge of ARM microcontroller architecture and interfaces such as I²C, SPI, UART, and CAN is a plus

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join us.

Servers.com is an international hosting provider with data centers in the US, Europe and Asia.

We provide reliable business solutions: dedicated servers, cloud technologies, load balancer, firewall, Kubernetes and monitoring services.

Clients use our services to deploy game servers, payment gateways, streaming services and other high-load systems.

Key tasks:

• providing network equipment administration at multiple data centers;
• performing the routine and emergency maintenance works on network equipment;
• dealing with requests from external and internal clients;

• directly participating in internal projects (developing network, connecting new locations, implementing new equipment, automation).

   

Requirements:

• proficiency in LAN/WAN principles;
• strong understanding of dynamic network protocols (BGP/OSPF);
• understanding L2-networking: VLANs, xSTP family, LACP, Redundancy (LACP/VRRP/etc);
• ability to perform basic network troubleshooting;
• English level sufficient for reading technical documentation and communicating with customers (Intermediate at least);

• ability to learn, communication skills, willingness to take in and analyze large amounts of new information (mostly technical in English).

   

Will be a plus:

• experience with network equipment from Extreme, Juniper or Nokia;
• EVPN and/or MPLS knowledge;
• certifications from network equipment and software vendors;

He will provide second-level customer support with queries related to web-based client-facing and internal applications. The position also requires system administration and maintenance for the Data Center.

Required skills:

— 4 years of work experience providing 2nd and 3rd level technical and application support on internet-based enterprise software applications, APIs;
— experience in ticketing software;
— experience with database Management System: Microsoft SQL Server 2008+;

Responsibilities:

— resolve incidents and service requests following standard operating procedures. If needed, escalate issues to the appropriate specialists (Third or Expert Levels);
— maintenance could include applying OS patches, database patches, and certificates;
— install and configure new applications and deploy releases and enhancements to production systems and pre-production systems after hours;
— monitor, maintain and troubleshoot production computer systems, internet-based applications, and processes;
— perform root cause analysis and define actions to eliminate incident recurrences;
— develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Knowledge Base, script to automate processes and generate reports;
— technical issues investigation, fix, or escalation;
— coordination between the operation and the engineering teams.

In the position of Financial Manager of Payment Methods, you will communicate with representatives of providers in English, process large datasets, and participate in process automation.
 

Your tasks:

• Monthly filing of Payment Service Provider (PSP) reporting: Offloading cash flow data, transforming and preparing raw data for analysis.
• Finding and analyzing errors in PSP operation, and proposing solutions.
• Active communication with representatives of payment systems (confident English is required).
• Reconciliation of payment providers’ contractual terms and conditions with actual data.
• Filling and administering the knowledge base on payment providers.
• Participation in the automation of work with data from providers.
   

Our сriteria:

• Strong analytical skills in working with a large amount of data (analyzing cash flows within the framework of PSP, banking, and other financial structures).
• Experience in communicating with representatives of foreign companies in English.
• Advanced Excel user (Power Query, complex formulas, tables at the level of data filling automation). Creation of ready-made templates for adapting source data.
• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
• Knowledge and practice of English, at least at the intermediate level.
• Experience with PSPs (Payment Service Providers), and understanding their working principles for at least 1 year, will be an advantage.
