    You would be running such tasks as:
    Provider Communication & Account Management
    β€’Act as the primary point of contact for all provider-related matters;

    β€’Support day-to-day provider operations, including performance monitoring and reporting.
    Account Setup & Operations
    β€’Manage and oversee the full setup process for new accounts;

    Key responsibilities

    • Design, document and iterate prompt templates, system instructions and example-based scaffolding for LLM-driven features.

    • Send queries to AI models, evaluate responses for correctness, relevance, completeness, tone and safety; record findings and recommend prompt adjustments.

    Required qualifications

    • Minimum 8 years total experience in the IT industry, with solid experience in QA and/or Product Management.
    • Demonstrable experience evaluating and testing outputs of generative AI or rule-based systems (manual testing, test plans, acceptance criteria).
    • Strong abilities in crafting clear, unambiguous written instructions and test cases.
    • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher β€” comfortable reading technical docs and communicating with international teams.
    • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong documentation skills and experience with defining QA metrics.
