Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end sportsbook operation, ensuring a competitive, engaging, and responsible betting experience.
• Define and execute sportsbook strategy across pricing, offers, and product positioning to maximise turnover and margin.
• Monitor and optimise sportsbook performance across key KPIs including turnover, margin, player retention, and lifetime value.
• Analyse player behaviour, betting trends, and market performance to inform product and trading decisions.
• Work closely with trading, product, and CRM teams to enhance the sportsbook offering and customer journey and help define and deliver CRM strategy.
• Collaborate with affiliate, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure sportsbook promotions and campaigns are aligned with acquisition strategies.
• Manage relationships with platform providers, odds suppliers, and external partners.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling standards across all markets.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a sportsbook role within an operator environment.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook trading, risk management, and product mechanics.
• Proven experience managing sportsbook performance metrics such as margin, turnover, and retention.
• Commercial awareness of affiliate and acquisition channels, including CPA and revenue share models.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with sportsbook platforms, trading tools, and reporting systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of multiple regulated markets is advantageous.
