Why do we need you?
 

Security work already happens across Infrastructure and Engineering, but ownership is fragmented. As Headway Inc scales and our AI transformation accelerates, we need a single person who can see the complete risk picture, make clear trade-offs, and drive the most important issues to resolution.
 

We’re looking for someone who can turn separate security activities into a coherent company-wide function: setting priorities, creating clear accountability, and helping teams make secure decisions without slowing the business down.
 

How will you work?
 

This is our only dedicated security role today. You will report directly to the CTO and have the autonomy to shape how security operates across the company.
 

You will partner with IT Infrastructure, Core Platform, and teams driving AI adoption. Your role is not to execute every security task alone, but to set risk-based priorities, establish clear ownership, align teams, and ensure the most important risks are addressed.
 

You will build on an existing foundation across Google Workspace, GCP, and GitLab SecOps, turning existing tools and practices into a coherent and scalable security system.
 

What will you own?
 

Corporate Security. Your primary focus from day one:

• Own and continuously improve the company’s corporate security posture across identity, access, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and employee security.
• Identify and prioritize the most important risks, balancing security needs with business impact.
• Strengthen incident detection, response, awareness, and operational readiness.
• Turn existing tools and initiatives into a coherent, repeatable security system.
   

Product Security. As you grow into the role:

• Partner with Core Platform and Engineering to integrate security into how products are designed, built, released, and monitored.
• Establish a clear approach to vulnerability management and security risks in code, dependencies, infrastructure, and critical product changes.
• Introduce practical controls that improve security without creating unnecessary delivery bottlenecks.
   

AI Security. As our AI transformation develops, you will:

• Define practical guardrails for using AI tools and building AI-enabled capabilities safely.
• Address risks related to sensitive data, access, third-party AI providers, and AI-enabled product features.
• Help teams understand what is allowed, what is restricted, and when security involvement is required.
• Enable fast AI adoption while keeping security built in by design.
   

Security ownership and visibility. Across all three areas:

• Maintain a company-wide view of security risks, priorities, owners, and progress.
• Coordinate security incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Communicate risks and trade-offs clearly to Engineering, Operations, and company leadership.
• Use automation and AI to make security operations more scalable and effective.

About the Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and expand our partner network by finding new opportunities, growing relationships, and developing sustainable business channels. The Digital Health organization is technology team which focused on next generation Digital Health capabilities which deliver on the Medicine mission and vision to deliver Insight Driven Care. This role will operate within the Digital Health Applications & Interoperability subgroup of the broader Digital Health team, focused on patient engagement, care coordination, AI, healthcare analytics & interoperability amongst other advanced technologies which enhance our product portfolio with new services, while improving clinical & patient experiences.

The project is a cloud-based PaaS Ecosystem built with a privacy by design centric approach to provide a centralized cloud-based platform to store, classify, and control access to federated datasets in a scalable, secure, and efficient manner.

The ecosystem will allow Customer Operating Units (medical device departments) to store federated data sets of varying sizes and formats and control access to those data sets through Data steward(s). Source data sets can be exposed to qualified use cases and workflows through different project types.

The Healthcare Data Platform ecosystem will provide ML/AI project capabilities for streamlined development processes and a ML/AI workbench to enhance data exploration, wrangling, and model training.

OU’s: Currently, Nuero, Cardio, Diabetes is the OU that HDP data platform is working with, but there could be more OU’s coming up with requirements in future.

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (Middle+/Senior) to take ownership of the infrastructure behind multiple production environments.

This is a hands-on position with responsibility for production stability, deployments, servers, backups, infrastructure security, troubleshooting, and incident response.

Our infrastructure currently includes approximately 20 separate production broker environments plus core/database infrastructure.

We are looking for someone who can first learn the existing infrastructure and deployment processes and then gradually take full ownership of them.

Backup and recovery

We expect the DevOps Engineer to maintain a reliable backup and recovery process.

This means not only creating backups but also knowing:

• What is backed up
• How frequently backups are created
• Where they are stored
• How they can be restored
• How a failed production environment can be rebuilt
• How production can be recovered if a server becomes unavailable

Incident response

This is the only position in the team that includes responsibility for urgent production incidents outside standard working hours.

Production incidents outside working hours are not expected to be routine, but when a critical production service becomes unavailable, the DevOps Engineer must be reachable and able to respond.

We expect:

• Reliable availability during normal working hours
• Reasonable emergency availability outside working hours
• Fast acknowledgement of critical production incidents
• Ability to access and investigate production remotely when necessary
• Clear communication during an incident
• Notification to the team if you will be unavailable for a known period

The exact incident-response/on-call process will be agreed with the successful candidate.

What We're Looking For
Must-Have

• Native or near-native English speaker — you'll be cold-calling hotel owners and GMs; language and cultural fluency are non-negotiable
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. market, with a track record of closed deals
• Experience selling a physical product in a B2B environment
• Proven ability to do cold outreach — emails, calls, LinkedIn — and convert them to meetings and deals
• CRM proficiency — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar; you keep the pipeline clean and current
• Self-directed and motivated — this is a zero-to-one role; you won't have a playbook handed to you

What gives you an edge:

• Experience in hospitality supply, hotel FF&E, linen/textile B2B, or facility supply — you know how hotel purchasing works
• Existing network of GMs, Purchasing Managers, or Operations Directors in U.S. hospitality
• Background in interiors, furniture, textiles, or décor
• Experience selling specifically to independent or boutique hotels

Your First 90 Days

Day 1–30

Onboarding: product deep-dive, ICP definition, tool setup. Research and build a prospect list of target hotels with contacts.

Day 31–60

Launch outreach: 10+ active campaigns, minimum 3 qualified meetings scheduled. First commercial proposals sent.

Day 61–90

First qualified deal in pipeline at proposal stage or beyond. Active CRM with 20+ tracked accounts. Feedback report on market response.

•  Base: $2,500 / month — stable, paid on time, every time.
•  OTE: $60,000–$80,000 / year for a strong performer hitting quarterly targets.

• 15% on first-time deals (calculated on net profit)

• Accelerator: exceed quarterly quota by 20%+ → rate increases to 1.5x for that quarter

The Role

This is an analytical, hands-on role at the intersection of product and data.

We needs someone who owns the problem end-to-end: digging into the real cause behind returns, building and testing hypotheses, and pushing confirmed fixes through to implementation.

What You'll Do

Root Cause Analysis

• Deeply analyze the returns situation — independently trace the real cause behind returns for specific SKUs and categories, including your own competitor and market research
• Optionally draw on data support from our Product Research Specialist — but you own the analysis start to finish

Hypothesis & Testing

• Formulate hypotheses (for example: customers perceive a product's color as lighter/darker than shown, or a size chart doesn't match real expectations)
• Test hypotheses through A/B testing of visuals, descriptions, and content variations

Implementation & Results

• Present concrete change proposals to leadership for sign-off
• Implement approved changes yourself, working alongside the R&D team
• Track results after implementation
• Report back with clear conclusions — what worked, what didn't, and the actual impact on return rate — and jointly assess next steps

What We're Looking For

Must have

• Product Manager experience, Middle+ (2–3+ years)
• Real, hands-on experience analyzing returns/reviews/complaints in e-commerce at the SKU level — not theoretical process knowledge, but a confirmed case with measurable positive impact: a specific returns problem you personally worked through, with a result you can point to
• Experience with competitor research
• Confident use of Helium10 or similar research tools
• Experience with A/B testing platforms (PickFu or similar, Amazon Manage Your Experiments)
• Confident with Google Sheets/Excel
• English: Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to have

• Experience testing visual or color perception (part of returns often comes from customers seeing a color lighter or darker than reality)
