About the Company

International fintech project registered in the Czech Republic, operating in the crypto ↔ fiat exchange (B2C) space.
The company is building a secure and transparent service that allows retail clients to exchange cryptocurrencies and traditional currencies.

The project operates in preparation for MiCA regulation and follows EU AML/Compliance standards. All clients проходят mandatory KYC verification.

Customer Support Specialist
Location: Warsaw (office)

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing system
• Consult clients regarding deposits and crypto transactions
• Support users during KYC verification process
• Monitor ticket statuses and ensure timely responses
• Escalate complex cases to Finance / Compliance teams

Requirements:
• Experience in customer support (fintech or e-commerce is a plus)
• English B1–B2
• Basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrencies
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work according to procedures

Nice to have:
• Experience in fintech or crypto
• Experience working with customer service platforms
