We are building an AI-powered data analytics platform that allows users to interact with large, dynamic datasets through natural language queries. The system integrates with multiple data sources (each with unique formats and metrics) and uses LLMs to understand user requests, generate SQL queries, and display results as dynamic visualizations (tables, charts, graphs).Our goal is to significantly reduce the time analytics teams spend processing and interpreting massive datasets, replacing manual CSV/Pivot work with an intelligent, interactive interface.
Tech Stack
Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL/MySQL.
Frontend: React, TypeScript, charting libraries (e.g., Chart.js, Recharts, or similar).
AI Integration: OpenAI API, LangChain or similar frameworks.
Other: Git, Docker (optional but preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the backend (Python) to handle data ingestion, processing, and LLM/OpenAI integration.
- Implement the frontend in React to dynamically render charts, graphs, and tables based on backend responses.
- Build flexible data mapping so the system can adapt to different client data structures.
- Work with the project owner to refine queries, data visualizations, and reporting logic.
- Optimize performance for large datasets (hundreds of MB per day).
- Ensure seamless integration with LLM APIs for query understanding and execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Python backend development.
- 3+ years of experience with React and modern frontend development.
- Experience integrating with LLMs/OpenAI APIs.
- Solid understanding of working with relational databases and dynamic queries.
- Ability to implement data visualizations dynamically based on query results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data analytics platforms or BI tools.
- Familiarity with large-scale data processing.
- Knowledge of Angular or C#/.NET (for partial legacy system integration).
