We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst (Marketing) to strengthen our analytics team. You will join a community of analysts who work with a modern data stack and help drive data-driven strategic decisions.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain dashboards for marketing and top management.
• Drive analytics for A/B testing: from hypothesis formulation to result analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze the performance of various marketing channels (Performance, CRM, SEO, Affiliate).
• Build cohort analysis and retention curves.
• Evaluate and optimize promo campaigns, analyzing discounts, special offers, and promotional tools.
• Work with raw data from GA, GTM, and Snowplow; set up events to track marketing activations.
• Utilize dbt models for data transformation, document metric logic, and maintain analytical pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in planning marketing activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and impact measurement.

What we are looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst,1+ years of experience in marketing or marketing-related analytics would be a plus.
• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery / Athena).
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI).
• Solid understanding of statistics, particularly A/B testing.
• Experience in calculating key marketing metrics: CAC, ROMI, LTV, churn, retention.
• Experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Good presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data points in simple terms.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications and services interacting 
directly with hardware devices and embedded systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software–hardware integration issues, ensuring reliability,
performance, and maintainability.
• Implement production-quality code with appropriate unit, integration, and system-level tests.
• Contribute to and support sensor fusion systems and real-time data processing pipelines.
• Optimize application and system performance with a focus on low latency and stability

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate C++ software with complex

Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++.
• Hands-on experience with parallel and multithreaded processing of heterogeneous data in 
low-latency systems.
• Experience with video streaming and real-time data processing.
• Practical experience working in Linux/Unix environments and using common development 
tools such as Git, SSH, and command-line utilities.
