You will be the architect of the "software delivery highway" for a project that deploys FE & BE code to Kubernetes, using Postgres and S3 resources hosted in AWS. The code repository is
hosted in Bitbucket, where the existing (inadequate) CI/CD pipelines run. The application is currently hosted on Vercel and we intend to migrate the runtime to Kubernetes.

• Understand how NextJS applications are typically configured and deployed to Kubernetes.
• You can define a build process for dynamic environments such as for QA which partitions resources per Jira epic, including set up and tear down of Postgres DB, S3 bucket and sensible configuration management, deploying code from a specific git branch.

Job Summary

As a Senior Product UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our Skin Gambling and Casino Platform and for creating features from scratch. You will leverage your exceptional UX and UI skills to create designs that are both user-friendly and aligned with our business objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, the marketing team, the engineering team, the Head of Design, and the Chief Product Officer to ensure our product meets the highest quality and performance standards.
 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in product and UI/UX design, with full-cycle involvement in digital product development.
• Extensive experience (3+ years) in the iGaming/Gambling domain, with an understanding of its unique challenges and user expectations.
• Strong portfolio of iGaming/Gambling projects (minimum 1 large project or 2-3 small/medium ones), showcasing your product design skills with an emphasis on intuitive user flows, visual storytelling, and gambling features.
• Proven experience in the CS Skin Gambling domain is a strong must (at least one solid project).
• Experience in designing online casino mini-games (originals) from scratch.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Figma Plugins, including interactive components and smart animate prototyping, prototyping tools, and other industry-standard design software.
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable and consistent design systems.
• Skilled in rapid prototyping - developing MVPs under tight time constraints.
• Experience with A/B testing (split and multivariate) and validating design hypotheses.

• Own End-to-End Design: Lead the full design lifecycle (research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing, visual design, implementation support) for features on the Skin Gambling and Casino Platform, from concept to launch and iteration.
• Create Features from Scratch: Conceptualize, design, and validate innovative new features that meet user needs and business objectives within the iGaming context.

• Build & Maintain Design Systems: Develop, document, govern, and evolve a scalable, consistent, and accessible design system for the platform to ensure efficiency and coherence across all products.
• Ensure UI Consistency: Champion and enforce design system usage and visual consistency across all features and platforms.
• Document Design Specifications: Create clear and detailed design specifications, assets, and guidelines for seamless handoff to the engineering team.

Validation & Optimization:

• Design & Analyze A/B Tests: Create distinct design variations, collaborate on hypothesis development, and analyze results of A/B (split) and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
• Validate Design Hypotheses: Use data from tests, analytics, and user feedback to validate or refute design assumptions and guide iterative improvements.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Managers (including the CPO), Engineers, Marketing, Stakeholders, and the Head of Design to define requirements, align on vision, and ensure the feasibility and quality of implementation.
