Department/Project Description

We develop a POS solution that allows providing attended (employee) and unattended (customer) tunnel car washing service. Designated team focuses on Payment and Subscription logic for POS platform

There are two labs:

- One in the USA
- One in Ukraine (Lviv)

Hardware Solution includes several points of sale(POS), different sensors, readers and cameras, payment terminals, servers, and automatic gates.

The solution supports both USA and Canadian markets. Ukrainian teams develop a PWA(web) application and a hybrid web application (.Net & Angular) that operates on hardware & cloud and supports full customer flow: from customer recognition or account creation to sale & directing their car to a tunnel, reporting, etc. All embedded development is on the client's side.

Project count ~80 teammates: 4 Feature teams, 2 AQA teams, Performance improvements team, DevOps team, L3 support team, Management team

Some teams have hardware dependency based on the areas of the application they work with, for them office attendance is necessary.

The project is in active development with 80+% work related to new feature development. The project age is 5 years, with 4 of them in production.

Flow

True SCRUM. Story points, Product owner, Scrum master, and Sprints include mandatory daily stand-ups, grooming, planning, demo, and retro sessions.

2-week sprints, releases strictly every 3 weeks, updates on demand.

Only agreed and paid overtime. Limited control from the Management team. Teams are fully self-manageable. No rushing or delivering work ASAP.

The role

This is a full-time hybrid role, combining Chief of Staff / Investment Operations and Investment Associate / Analytics in roughly equal parts. You’ll help the GPs move faster and make better decisions by building and running a crisp operating system for the fund - keeping everything organized, responsive, and consistent across pipeline discipline, diligence, portfolio support, LP reporting, and internal initiatives - while also producing high-signal analysis on markets and metrics, drafting memos, and driving key workstreams to closure. Responsibilities

1. Dealflow & Process

• Own the deal pipeline end-to-end: stages, required fields, next steps, follow-ups, weekly pipeline review.
• Coordinate diligence: scheduling calls, tracking open questions, collecting documents, pushing things to closure.

• Standardize how we work: diligence checklists, memo templates, IC notes, and “what good looks like”.

   

2. Investment analysis & diligence 

• Build quick, high-signal views on ICP, market, competitors, pricing, GTM motion.
• Sanity-check SaaS metrics and unit economics (retention/churn, gross margin, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, burn multiple).
• Review startup models and P&Ls to spot gaps, inconsistent assumptions, missing costs, and weak logic.

• Draft deal briefs / 1-pagers / memo sections (including “risks & open questions”) so decisions are crisp.

   

3. Portfolio support 

• Run a lightweight portfolio tracking rhythm: quarterly KPI snapshots, runway, key risks, and near-term priorities.
• Help coordinate support requests: intros (customers/partners), hiring pipelines, fundraising prep, and key deliverables.

• Turn chaos into action lists and close the loop with founders.

   

4. LP reporting & fundraising support 

• Maintain an LP/fundraising tracker (status, next steps, materials, meeting notes).
• Support periodic LP updates: gather facts, structure narratives, make reporting consistent and easy to read.

• Keep the LP data room tidy and “always ready” (materials, FAQs, portfolio snapshots).

   

5. Fund operations coordination (with external admin/providers)

• Keep fund documentation structured (folders, versions, templates, access control).
• Coordinate deliverables with fund admin/lawyers as needed (you don’t do accounting - you ensure nothing slips and outputs are clean).
• Design and automate fund’s processes - strive to make most of the processes as “human-less” as possible.

Requirements

• 2+ years in roles combining execution + analysis (BizOps/Chief of Staff, Consulting, FP&A/RevOps, Corp Dev, VC/PE analyst, or strong ops role in a startup).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with SaaS metrics and “smell tests”.
• Highly organized and systems-minded: you build simple, tidy processes, automate repeatable work where possible (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.), and consistently close loops - and you’re eager to learn if you haven’t done this before.
• High ownership and integrity: you propose, execute, follow through.

• Clear writing in English (B2+): concise docs, summaries, emails, memos.

Looking for an experienced video editor who can create dynamic, high-retention Reels with strong pacing, effects, and clean captions.

You should be confident working in After Effects and/or CapCut, adding creative transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and beat-synced edits that feel modern and engaging (IG/TikTok style).

Mission of the Role

To build and strengthen Skylum’s global identity as a multi-product ecosystem for creators.

This role is responsible for helping transform market perception of the company from “the maker of Luminar” into a leader in innovative solutions for visual content creation. The mission includes ensuring strong synergy across existing products (Desktop, Mobile, Web) while laying a solid foundation for the seamless launch of future products under the Skylum brand.

Core Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in a Brand Marketing Lead or Head of Brand Marketing role
• Systems & architectural thinking — the ability to design scalable, long-term communication systems that go beyond individual features or updates and consistently articulate the value of the entire product ecosystem over time.
• Narrative architecture — the ability to create clear, simple, and compelling narratives, and adapt the same core message for internal teams as well as for external audiences: hobbyists, professional photographers, lifestyle creators, and educator-influencers.
• Brand evangelism — confidence and credibility in public speaking, representing the company at conferences, in media interviews, and in conversations with global corporations. This role serves as a strong, intelligent, and inspiring voice of Skylum.
• Data-driven mindset — hands-on experience with Brand Lift Surveys, Sentiment Analysis, Share of Voice (SoV), potential reach/readership, earned media value, and similar metrics, along with a strong understanding of the tools, methodologies, and best practices behind them.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — native-level or near-native English, with the ability to craft persuasive narratives, pitches, and communications, and to adapt tone and messaging across audiences, markets, media formats, and cultural contexts.
• AI literacy — advanced proficiency with two or more AI tools applied to marketing, research, productivity, or creative workflows.
• Creativity — the ability and desire to think beyond conventions, generate strong story angles, and create moments that inspire, surprise, and resonate.
• Interest in art and visual culture — a refined sense of aesthetics, taste, and appreciation for design and creativity.
• Proactivity and high energy — enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to propose and drive brand activations and visibility opportunities without waiting for direction.
• Ownership and accountability — full responsibility for outcomes, including brand performance, reputation, and public perception of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Brand Team
• Create a clear architecture of brand pillars, key messages, and value propositions
• Define and develop the Skylum brand voice
• Speak (or provide) a confident public spokesperson for the company at conferences, interviews, and industry events
• Co-create and launch a community strategy for Luminar/Skylum alongside the CMO
• Build long-term trust and engagement with creators and professional users
• Create a transparent system to measure the impact of brand and communications on business
• In-house metrics such as brand sentiment, share of voice, brand lift, reach and earned media value
• Strengthening Skylum’s authority in the creative technology ecosystem

Ми займаємося розробкою і просуванням інтернет-магазинів на базі платформи Shopify, а також розробляємо додатки та інтеграції для Shopify. Працюємо з українськими та зарубіжними клієнтами.

Наразі шукаємо фахівця, який допомагатиме з сапортом наших проєктів з інтеграцій/додатків та з розробки сайтів.

• Контролювати готовність установки
• Тестувати роботу додатків
• Надавати підтримку наявним клієнтам. Вирішувати проблеми клієнтів, відповідати на запитання
• Виконувати задачи з обробки даних (наприклад, імпорт товарів на сайт)
• Вести клієнтів у CRM-системі
• Вести базу знань
