• Working with splits, funnels, retargeting, and creative formats.
• Collaborating with the design team, a talented targeting specialist, and a project manager.
• Analyzing effectiveness (CPL, CAC, ROAS, ROMI), regular reporting.
• Scaling profitable campaigns.

Who we are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing (targeting).
• Practical experience working with budgets of $3–5k per month+.
• Ability to work independently: plan, execute, analyze.
• Experience with events/ticket campaigns is a big plus.
• Systematic thinking, results-oriented, minimum theory - maximum action.
• English at a level sufficient to work with foreign interfaces and communicate with partners (B1+).
