About the Project:

This project focuses on optimizing the power infrastructure within a London-based data center while deploying Hyper-V installations. The goal is to leverage all remaining power resources efficiently, ensuring a seamless and accelerated implementation. Having an on-site contractor will reduce the need for frequent travel, speeding up the project timeline and ensuring smooth execution.

Responsibilities:

- Identifies, qualifies, and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums (email, phone, trade shows, inbound website leads, and more).

 - Maintains a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities (notes, follow-ups, emails, call logs) within CRM tool.

 - Responds to inquiries via email, LinkedIn, other social networks.

 - Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets such as number of qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/tasks, call quality, appointment setting, and sales skills.

 - Qualifying potential opportunities and scheduling initial product presentations between prospects and our sales team.

 - Over time, Sales Manager will also be conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers and will develop into a product expert.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1+ year in sales (preferably in an international market, outside Ukraine)

 - Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial, engineering, or IT-related fields

 - Skills:

• Basic understanding of IoT, Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools
• Experience in direct client communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage technical implementation or transformation programs
• Familiarity with modern cloud architectures
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions and seminars

• 3+ years of professional experience in cloud computing, and networking.
• Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and Azure platform services.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows-based environments.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with Azure tools and services like Azure Migrate, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Networking.
• Ability to assess workloads and recommend optimal configurations for Azure migration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Would be a plus:

• Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage the migration of VMware ESXi virtual machines to Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Configure, manage, and optimize VMware ESXi environments and Azure cloud resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless migration and minimal downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows-based virtual machines and applications.
• Analyze and enhance network configurations to ensure compatibility with Azure services.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery.
