About the Role

As a Python Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and implementing automation solutions across the client’s fintech operations.
This role focuses on software-driven process automation using Python, Playwright (nice to have) and UiPath, as well as working with a custom RPA tooling built by the client.

You will analyze processes, build automation scripts, integrate with APIs, data sources, and financial systems, and contribute to the scalability and reliability of mission-critical workflows such as payment reconciliation, KYC/AML verification, and transaction monitoring.

Role Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities with measurable ROI.
• Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using Python and automation frameworks (including UiPath and the client’s custom RPA tooling).

• 4+ years of using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (UiPath preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Python (required) for automation scripts, integrations, and custom workflows.

• Experience integrating APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and storage automation.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior AI Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale the core systems behind Graphio.ai’s workflow intelligence platform.

Graphio.ai connects to customer systems, ingests large volumes of event-based metadata, reconstructs real business workflows, and applies machine learning to discover ideal process paths (golden paths), detect anomalies, and surface insights.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who is equally strong in:

We are looking for an engineer who deeply understands system architecture, can reason about data at scale, and is comfortable building, training, experimenting with, and deploying ML models into production.

What You Will Do:

Backend & Systems

• Design and build backend services and APIs using Python and C# (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core).
• Architect scalable, fault-tolerant, and observable systems for data ingestion, processing, and analytics.
• Build event-driven and asynchronous pipelines using RabbitMQ.
• Design data models and storage strategies using MongoDB and ClickHouse.
• Own system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement strong observability: logging, metrics, tracing, alerting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

Data & Machine Learning

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines: ingestion → feature engineering → training → evaluation → deployment.
• Train and iterate on ML models for workflow discovery, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition.
• Perform feature engineering on large-scale event and metadata streams.
• Run experiments, test hypotheses, and evaluate models using offline and online metrics.

Architecture & Product Thinking

We are looking for a Senior Product Business Analyst (AI/ML) to help us build a polished, user-ready product experience around Graphio.ai’s core mission: stopping revenue loss before it happens by detecting broken handoffs between teams.

In this role, you will translate complex cross-functional execution problems into clear product requirements, data definitions, and measurable validation criteria. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Machine Learning and AI specialists, and Software Engineers to define what “successful execution” looks like for customers, turn that into reliable detection and alerting behavior, and continuously improve signal quality using API-enabled metadata from existing systems.

This role is rooted in B2B SaaS execution workflows, where multiple teams and systems must stay aligned for deals, renewals, and contracts to move smoothly. Your work will directly impact how accurately Graphio.ai detects misalignment early, how actionable the alerts are, and how fast customers see value after launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Machine Learning Engineer to define how the system automatically discovers and constructs the golden path (ideal workflow / best-performing execution pattern) from API-enabled metadata - including inputs, assumptions, and expected outputs.
• You will not manually build or validate customer workflows. Your role is to define requirements, data definitions, and evaluation criteria so the model generates the ideal workflow reliably and consistently.
• Translate customer process reality into clear modeling requirements: what a workflow step is, how handoffs are represented, how similar workflows are grouped, and how “successful execution” is determined at scale.
• Define API-enabled metadata requirements needed for automated modeling: event taxonomy, entities, identifiers, timestamps, ownership fields, system-of-record rules, and data quality constraints.
• Specify deviation definitions relative to the golden path (ideal workflow): missing step, wrong sequence, excessive delay, broken ownership transition, stalled handoff - and how deviations should be prioritized.
• Work with Engineering and Machine Learning to ensure modeling outputs are product-ready: stable, consistent across updates, and understandable enough for the end user to act on.
• Own the user-facing capability to review and edit the golden path (ideal workflow): allow customers to add/remove steps and adjust what “good execution” means, while preserving a reliable baseline generated by the system.
• Define and continuously improve weekly/monthly reporting: what insights are surfaced, how they are explained, and how reports/alerts are delivered to the accountable owner (a specific responsible person).
• Establish evaluation and monitoring for automated modeling and deviation detection: track misses vs false alarms, consistency of the generated ideal workflow, lead time gained, and actionability tied to revenue outcomes.
• Investigate accuracy issues: analyze why the system generated an incorrect ideal workflow or missed a deviation, propose improvements, and validate fixes through regression checks.
• Maintain a library of reference workflows and test scenarios that represent common cross-team handoff patterns and failure modes in workflow-driven B2B environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building or supporting AI/ML-enabled B2B SaaS products, especially where models drive user-visible workflows and decisions.
• Hands-on experience working with event-based data and operational systems (for example: CRM, customer success platforms, ticketing systems, project management tools, finance/contract systems).
• Familiarity with workflow analytics / process mining concepts (workflow reconstruction, handoffs, cycle time, bottlenecks, variants).
• Experience defining data contracts: event taxonomy, entity identifiers, timestamp conventions, ownership fields, and data quality rules.
• Background in designing evaluation and monitoring for model-driven product behavior (false positives/negatives, consistency, drift, and business impact).
• Exposure to LLM-powered features (structured prompting, quality criteria, safety constraints, and human review loops), with a product mindset rather than research focus.

• Comfort collaborating across Product, Machine Learning, and Engineering teams in an agile environment, with strong written documentation skills.
• Experience working in workflow-heavy domains such as Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Deal Desk, Legal Operations, Finance Operations, or Project Delivery.
• Prior work in early-stage or fast-scaling environments where you owned problems end-to-end and shipped iteratively.

We are looking for a Product Owner (AI/ML) - Workflow Intelligence who can combine strong product ownership with senior-level analytical rigor.

You will own a core slice of Graphio.ai end-to-end: system connection experience, metadata collection and processing, automatic ideal workflow (golden path) generation, deviation detection, and weekly/monthly reporting delivered to a single accountable owner. At the same time, you will operate hands-on as a senior product analyst: defining metadata requirements, deviation criteria, evaluation and monitoring, and the test scenarios that keep model behavior stable and product-ready.

This role is rooted in workflow-driven B2B SaaS execution, where cross-team handoffs determine whether deals move forward, renewals succeed, and contracts get signed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog and execution for workflow intelligence: prioritize, define scope, drive delivery, and ship improvements with clear success criteria.

- Consult clients on efficient issues remediation

- Conduct security researches

- Develop tools and scripts to automate and improve current pentesting processes

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Testing Team Lead!  

Requirements: 
- 5+ years in offensive security/penetration testing
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role (team lead/principal/tech lead)
Hands-on experience with:
- Web, API, Mobile (iOS/Android) pentesting
- Secure code review (at least one backend language)
- Cloud & infrastructure security testing
- Proven experience working with product teams, not only 'report delivery' 

Will be plus: 
- Advanced Offense
- Red Team/Purple Team experience
- Adversary emulation (MITRE ATT&CK)
- Threat modeling from an attacker’s perspective
- Experience with exploit development or advanced bypass techniques

- Cloud & Platform Security
- AWS (Preferred)
- Kubernetes security testing
- CI/CD attack vectors
- Secrets, identity, and supply chain attacks

Responsibilities:  
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and grow the Offensive Security team (pentest/red team)
- Define roles, expectations, and competency levels
- Mentor team members and conduct technical reviews
- Own capacity planning and prioritization 

Offensive Security Operations:
- Own the pentest intake process (Jira-based)
- Ensure consistent coverage:
- Web/API/Mobile
- Cloud/Infra
- Enforce quality standards for test depth, reports, risk assessment, and retesting
- Findings & Risk Management 

Ensure:
- Findings are exploitable, reproducible, and actionable
- False positives are minimized
- Risk is clearly communicated
