About us
We are building our CRM function from scratch within a fast-growing iGaming company. That’s why we are looking for a proactive CRM Manager to design player retention strategies, launch automated journeys, and set up a campaign calendar that drives engagement and growth. This is a hands-on role with a lot of freedom and the opportunity to shape how CRM works in our business.
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to retain and reactivate players (Email, SMS, Push, On-site, In-app).
• Segment the player base according to activity, behavior, and lifecycle (RFM analysis, VIP levels, LTV groups).
• Build automated communication flows (welcome journeys, reactivation, up-sell).
• Manage the CRM campaign calendar (promotions, tournaments, cashback, seasonal events).
• Analyze campaign performance (Open rate, CTR, CR, ARPU, ROMI) and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to align CRM initiatives.

Requirements
 

• 2+ years of experience as a CRM / Retention Manager in iGaming.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle and retention KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico, Optimove, Emarsys, Braze, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of segmentation and automation workflows.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or higher. Additional languages (ES, DE, GR) are a plus.

About This Opportunity

Що ти будеш робити?
- Шукати нових партнерів (вебмайстрів, мережі, платформи) та вести діалог з поточними.
- Погоджувати ставки, умови, KPI, контролювати якість офферів;
- Аналізувати трафік, ініціювати підвищення ставок, отримувати зворотний зв’язок;
- Будувати та підтримувати довгострокові відносини із ключовими партнерами;

Опис вакансії

Ми — арбітражна команда Traff Hunters, яка вже заливає трафік на товарні/нутрові оффери по Україні. У нас налагоджені процеси, працюють медіабаєри — і зараз ми шукаємо ресерчера-аналітика, який допоможе знаходити прибуткові товари та постачальників для масштабування.

💼 Що ти будеш робити:

• Шукати товарні/нутрові оффери, які добре заходять через односторінкові сайти (аудиторія 30−50 років, Україна).
• Регулярно видавати/пропонувати байєрам оффери які потенційно можуть «зайти».
• Знаходити нових постачальників по всій Україні.
• Аналізувати попит, сезонність, закупівельну ціну, роздрібну ціну, маржинальність, доступність по Україні.
• Вибудовувати комунікацію з постачальниками: умови закупівлі, мінімалки, дропшип, логістика, тестові партії.
• Додавати оффери в таблицю валідації: опис товару, ціна, маржа, доставка, умови закупівлі тощо.
• Регулярно видавати/пропонувати байєрам оффери які потенційно можуть «зайти».
• Тестувати гіпотези, пропонувати нові товарні ніші.
• Працювати на результат — відбирати тільки ті товари, які реально можна скейлити в плюс.

Твої майбутні виклики:

• Адаптація робочих Facebook-зв’язків під специфіку TikTok (формати, креативи, тестова логіка);
• Повноцінний запуск нового traffic source і ведення рекламних кампаній у TikTok Ads;
• Щоденний моніторинг та deep-dive аналітика перформансу; швидка оптимізація;
• Масштабування працюючих кампаній з утриманням фінансових KPI;
• Креативна координація: брифинг дизайнерів/AI, логіка тестів і цикл ітерацій;
• Співпраця з командою: ділитись інсайтами з аналітики, надавати чіткий фідбек щодо зв’язок і воронок для подальшого покращення результатів.

Що допоможе бути ефективним/ною в цій ролі: 

• Досвід на позиції User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer від 1 року;
• Практичний досвід з TikTok як primary traffic source від 3 міс;
• Досвід управління великим рекламним бюджетом (бажано з бюджетами від $100K/міс);
• Глибоке розуміння метрик performance-маркетингу (ROI, ROMI, CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV);
