We’re looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take full ownership of one of AIBY’s core product groups — a 20M-install, $10M ARR consumer subscription business — and scale it into its next phase of profitable growth.

Your mission – maximize the Net Profit and Long-Term Value (LTV) of your multi-platform portfolio of apps across iOS, Android, and web by aligning product innovation with data-driven performance marketing.

Unlike a solo founder, you aren’t starting from zero. As a Business Unit CEO, you have:

What you will do:

• P&L Ownership: you’re 100% accountable for the revenue, marketing spend, and operational costs of your unit
• Strategic Roadmap: define the “Why” and the “When”. You decide which features to build based on their projected impact on retention and monetization
• Growth & Monetization: work hand-in-hand with your UA Lead to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and Payback Periods. You’ll oversee the subscription funnel, A/B testing, and paywall optimizations
• Cross-Functional Leadership: build, structure, and scale a high-performing team across Product, Growth, Marketing, Engineering, and Design
• Resource/ Capital Allocation Strategy: you have the autonomy to decide where to “bet” your resources. If a specific app in your unit is scaling, you pivot the team’s focus there immediately
• Partnership with the Board and Founders: you’re involved in strategic decision-making at the C-level, with direct impact on business metrics, financial results, and the product ecosystem

What you should have:

• 7+ years of experience in product-based B2C businesses (subscription, mobile/web)
• 3+ years in leadership roles with direct P&L ownership (CPO, CMO, GM, CEO, Product Director, Head of Product, Head of Marketing, etc.)
• Product-Marketing Hybrid expertise: you can speak “Engineering” to the devs and “ROAS” to the marketers. You understand how a product change affects ad performance and vice versa
• Proven 0→1 and scale-stage experience: launching new units, restructuring businesses, scaling early-stage products to meaningful revenue, or founding a startup
• Strong financial acumen: you live in the dashboards. You understand the nuances of cohorts, LTV/CAC ratios, and churn rates in a subscription-based model

Our ideal candidates have measured KPIs that we haven’t measured or used new ways to explain user retention, or analyzed features of users' data that we haven’t analyzed.

What You'll Do

• Analyzing the behavior of users on our site and apps:

-Build and maintain dashboards that visualize the usage of single or multiple features and how that usage drives company KPIs.

-Answer questions about site usage or user behavior based on deeper analyses.

• Analyze and track high-level KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, recurring revenue, engagement, cross-device usage, e-mail and notification usage, and more.
• Communicate with business stakeholders on analysis results, how they relate to business, and what business suggestions result from the analysis.
• Run the whole data flow for site and app features, from defining KPIs, specifying data collection for development team implementation, and building and maintaining iterative versions of dashboards with both low-level and high-level views of collected data.
• Split tests of product features:

-Design a test with clear success criteria

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a B2C website-related Data Analyst position

The core responsibilities include: 
- Odoo 18 Integration: Connect Odoo 18 with the Mendelson AS2 local endpoint to automate the inbound and outbound flow of EDI documents. 

- Mendelson AS2 Configuration: Install or review the current Mendelson AS2 build, apply any necessary patches, and correctly import the partner’s X.509 certificates. 

- Security & Cryptography: Configure the AS2 profiles, digital signatures, encryption ciphers, and synchronous/asynchronous MDNs to perfectly match our trading partner’s specifications within our locked-down network. 

- End-to-End Testing: Verify message integrity using test EDI payloads flowing from Odoo 18 ➔ Mendelson AS2 ➔ Trading Partner (and vice versa).

About the Role

We’re building a comprehensive digital banking platform that delivers seamless, intuitive user experiences across mobile and web. We’re seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our frontend team and craft high-quality, responsive interfaces that handle diverse financial interactions securely and efficiently.

You’ll focus on creating cross-platform apps that support core banking features while ensuring a smooth, engaging user journey. This senior role involves leading UI/UX implementations, optimizing performance, and collaborating on innovative features for thousands of daily users.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop responsive, cross-platform mobile and web apps using Flutter 3.x+
• Build intuitive UIs for key features including:
  • Account dashboards (multi-currency balances, transaction history)
  • Payment interfaces (real-time transfers, bill payments, recurring schedules)
  • Card management (issuing, virtual cards, transaction monitoring)
  • Loan applications with EMI calculations and repayment trackers
  • Savings and investment tools with progress visualizations
  • Secure authentication and KYC flows
• Integrate with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) and state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc)
• Ensure app performance, accessibility, and security (biometrics, encryption)
• Collaborate with backend, design, and product teams to iterate on features
• Write clean, testable code with unit/integration tests (Flutter Test)

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

   

Requirements

• 5+ years in mobile app development, with 3+ years focused on Flutter
• Strong expertise in Dart, Flutter widgets, animations, and custom UI components
• Experience building secure financial or high-stakes apps (transactions, compliance)
• Proficiency with state management, API integrations, and offline capabilities (Hive, SQLite)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Codemagic, Fastlane) and app deployment (App Store, Google Play)
• Knowledge of banking UX patterns (payments, lending, accounts)
• Proficient English communication

• Experience with Flutter for Web or Desktop
• Firebase integration (Auth, Firestore, Analytics)
