Responsibilities:
— Handle player requests via chat, email, and WhatsApp
— Assist with deposits, withdrawals, KYC issues, and bonuses
— Escalate cases to Risk, VIP, or Payments teams when needed
— Follow SLA and maintain high CSAT/NPS
— Work in a 24/7 shift-based schedule

Requirements:
— 6–12 months of experience in customer support
— Spanish B1+
— English B2+
— Basic understanding of casino processes (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses)
— Experience with Zendesk / Intercom / Freshdesk

We’re looking for a structured and execution-focused Project Manager to bring clarity, discipline, and consistent delivery to our software development process (Scrum framework).

What you will do

• Oversee and manage daily team activities;
• Organize and run Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives;  
• Align the sprint scope with the team's capacity;
• Ensure backlog clarity and execution readiness;  
• Support Epic breakdown into Stories and Tasks; 
• Track sprint progress and delivery predictability;  
• Surface blockers and risks early;  
• Maintain scope control during sprints;  
• Facilitate structured team communication;  
• Own and maintain execution process documentation;  
• Improve clarity and scalability of operational workflows.

What we are looking for

Required:

• 3+ years in Project / Delivery Management in a product company;
• Strong experience with backlog management and sprint coordination;
• Ability to work with product requirements and translate them into structured execution;
• Experience with Jira or similar tools;
• Structured, disciplined, and proactive mindset;
• Strong facilitation and communication skills;

• English proficiency B1+.

   

Nice to Have:

• Solid understanding of product development processes and lifecycle;
• Background or working knowledge in biology and/or chemistry;
• Experience in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or AI-driven scientific platforms.
