About the Role

We are looking for a Head of SAR Systems — a senior technical leader who has personally built and deployed SAR systems, not just managed teams or research.

We are looking for a candidate with:

•  Upper-intermediate or higher level of English;

•  Strong consulting and communication skills, capable of presenting and explaining complex technical topics to both business executives and technical teams;

•  Over 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (Sales) implementation;

•  Experience in other CE applications (such as Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) is a plus;

•  Familiarity with Power Platform LowCode/NoCode development (Dataverse tables, simple workflows/cloud flows, BPF, forms, business rules, security role configuration);

•  Basic experience with Power BI & Power Query is an advantage;

•  Certifications in Dynamics 365, Azure, or Power Platform are a plus.

Key responsibilities:

•  Participate in workshops with customers and business analysts to gather requirements;

•  Consult clients on Power Platform implementation and best practices;

•  Design and build low-code/no-code components on Power Platform or enhance existing solutions;

•  Collaborate with Project Management to ensure project stays within scope, budget, and timeline;

•  Participate in User Acceptance Testing;

The Role:

You will be the "hands" on the keyboard. We will provide the strategy, the target audience, and the messaging frameworks. Your job is to research the right prospects, personalize the outreach, send the messages on LinkedIn and Upwork, and manage the inbox to book meetings.

Your Responsibilities:

•   Prospecting: Find decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders) that fit our exact Ideal Customer Profile.
•   Personalization: Write highly customized first lines/icebreakers based on their profile or company news. (No lazy copy-pasting)
•   Execution: Send proposals on Upwork and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
•   Inbox Management: Reply to interested prospects promptly and get them to book a call.
•   Tracking: Log your daily numbers (messages sent, replies, calls booked) in our tracker.

Requirements:

•   Excellent written English (you must sound like a native professional).
•   Highly autonomous. You don't need someone watching your screen to get the work done.
•   Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork.
•   High attention to detail.

ML/CV engineer

We’re looking for a passionate Machine Learning / Computer Vision Engineer to join our team.

As a member of our team, you will participate in research & development of solutions in the field of computer vision, document understanding using cutting-edge machine learning approaches. The position will involve different aspects of R&D including initial research, analysis, prototyping and development. By joining our team you’ll be able to affect Ukrainian Deftech area innovations and contribute to important today’s military products.

Responsibilities:

• Research and development of Image Processing algorithms including CV algorithms
• Research and prototyping of detection and tracking algorithms using ML and CV
• Work with data collection and analysis in order to improve efficiency of ML/CV dependent algorithms

Job Qualification:

• 2 years of commercial experience with Python
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Practical Experience with Machine Learning, including designing, training, fine-tuning of ML models, and integrating machine learning systems into production environments related to Computer Vision, Document Understanding
• Experience with Object Tracking area using ML/CV
• Experience with vision transformer, vision encoder-decoder architectures
• Strong analytical and communication skills

C++ Software engineer

We are looking for an experienced C++ Software Engineer with strong background in Image Processing to take part in innovative Deftech projects targeted at devices, which will be commercialized for the miltech use. The development process will involve cutting-edge and state-of-the-art technologies, critical thinking, ability to influence and shape the end product.

Responsibilities:

• Research and development of Image Processing algorithms including CV algorithms
• Design, develop and maintain lightweight, efficient C++ inference code for the developed algorithms
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and memory issues
• Dealing with video processing such as encoding/decoding for platforms like Raspberry PI, IMX etc

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in C++ software development
• Strong background in algorithms
• Experience in image or video processing algorithms development
• Familiarity with software development process and SW lifecycles
• Experienced with Linux

Will be a plus:

• Experience in Miltech development
• Experience with code performance optimization
