About the Project

Development and maintenance of a one-way integration service from 1C 8.3 (accounting system) to EspoCRM. The service is built on .NET 10 and performs unidirectional data synchronization — reading data from 1C via OData API and pushing it to EspoCRM via REST API, using RabbitMQ as the message broker.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements (indexing, site speed, structure, fixing errors).
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, content structure, and internal linking.
• Develop and manage a white-hat link building strategy; monitor backlink quality.
• Perform competitor and niche analysis: keyword research, clustering, and defining content priorities.
• Track and analyze performance using GA4 and Google Search Console; measure impact on traffic and leads.
• Collaborate with the content team: prepare briefs, review content, and ensure quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to testing and implementing AI SEO / GEO strategies (optimizing content for AI-generated answers, improving visibility in AI search results, running experiments and validating hypotheses).

Requirements (Mandatory)

• At least 1 year of experience in SEO (Middle level).
• Strong foundation in technical SEO: indexing, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, site speed, basic structured data.
• Experience with semantic research and content strategy: keywords, clustering, search intent, and on-page optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• English: Intermediate level or higher.
• AI SEO certification is required (e.g., Dabudai Certified AI SEO Expert) or willingness to obtain it quickly.

SportsEngine is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its growing Operations team, which currently consists of approximately 5–10 engineers responsible for maintaining and improving the infrastructure that powers multiple large-scale products.

This role will work closely with primarily US-based engineering teams while helping expand SportsEngine’s global operations capabilities.
 

The ideal candidate is practical, reliable, and comfortable operating across several distributed systems, with strong experience in AWS infrastructure and Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code practices.
 

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones are essential.

• 4+ years of DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure experience
