About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our Data Science team. In this role, you will take ownership of defining and executing the quality strategy for AI-driven services, ensuring reliability, scalability, and excellent user experience. You will work closely with ML engineers, product managers, and designers to raise the quality bar for our AI solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• Define and drive QA strategy and best practices for the Data Science team

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, model evaluation, and validation techniques
• In-depth understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies, and processes
• Solid experience with API testing and related tools
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, XML, SQL) and data validation

• Experience in the iGaming/gambling industry as an affiliate program manager or lead affiliate marketing specialist (2+ years)
• Experience working with Poland, Portugal, and Greece is a plus
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and models such as CPA/CPL/RevShare
• Excellent knowledge of traffic analysis tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms)
• Experience analyzing and optimizing traffic sources (SEO, PPC, media buying, social media, content marketing, push notifications, pop-ups, etc.)
• Developed analytical skills, ability to work with data, and decision-making based on performance metrics
• B2 level of English
• Ability to attend relevant conferences
