🎯 About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon PPC Specialist to take ownership of PPC management for our brands, while also supporting other client brand accounts over time.

You won't simply receive a list of tasks to execute. You'll work closely with the team to understand the broader strategy, translate it into campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously identify opportunities for growth.

We're looking for someone with strong Amazon PPC fundamentals and the potential to become a strategic PPC owner.

🔥 Responsibilities

During the first year, you will take full ownership of our primary Jewelry brand - a high-volume account with an extensive catalog and a $60,000/month PPC budget spanning the US, Canada, and European marketplaces.

🎯 Strategic Collaboration & Execution

• Co-Creating Strategy: Partner directly with the CEO/Head of Marketing to map out high-

level growth strategies, launch plans, and profitability targets.

• Full Implementation: Take direct responsibility for converting those strategic frameworks

into active, well-structured campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored

Display, and Video).

🔎 Ongoing Campaign Optimization

• Catalog-Wide Optimization: Continuously monitor and refine performance across a large

SKU catalog, optimizing bids, placements, budget allocations, and target keywords to hit

aggressive ACoS/TACoS goals.

• Market-Specific Tuning: Tailor campaign structures and keyword strategies to account for

audience nuances across the US, CA, and EU markets.

🤝 Leveraging Execution Support

• Task Delegation: Direct and manage our dedicated Philippines support team for repetitive,

time-intensive operational tasks (e.g., routine data entry, bulk keyword uploads, basic report

generation) so you remain focused on high-level strategy and optimization.

• Quality Control: Oversee the work completed by the support team to ensure accurate

execution and workflow continuity.

📈 Tool Integration & Performance Tracking

• AI Optimization: Utilize and help refine our proprietary in-house AI optimization tools to

streamline bidding adjustments and identify campaign inefficiencies.

• Reporting: Audit account performance regularly and track key growth metrics to ensure

maximum ROI on ad spend.

✅ Requirements

💼 2–3 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience 

🔎 Strong understanding of Amazon Ads and Sponsored Ads

⚙️ Experience working with Amazon Ads Manager / Campaign Manager

📚Strong understanding of keyword targeting and match types, Auto & Manual campaigns, Search Term Reports, negative keywords, bidding and budget management, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, campaign structure and optimization

📈Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

📑Comfortable working with large amounts of campaign data

⚙️Experience with Helium 10 is strongly preferred

🤖Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini

🙋Ability to work independently without detailed step-by-step instructions

🗣English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

🧠Willingness to learn and develop into a more strategic PPC role
