    Hello, hola, oi 👋 — we’re Optemization, the world’s first Notion consultancy from NY 🍎 We’re a fully remote, modern team with a flat hierarchy that values autonomy, transparency, and collaboration.

     

    Our small but mighty team of 13 (and growing!) works with a diverse range of clients — from US tech startups and agencies to venture capital firms — to help them achieve operational excellence through innovative solutions.

    A Day In The Life

    • Build internal tools, scripts, and web apps to automate workflows and speed up operations
    • Create AI agents and tools to support data migration and workspace building
    • Automate data migration from other platforms into Notion (like ClickUp, Confluence, etc.)
    • Set up n8n workflows, Zapier-style integrations, and low-code automations
    • Occasionally build things inside Notion itself when needed (don’t worry — we’ll train you if you’re new to it)
    • Document your work clearly so teammates and clients don’t lose their minds
    • Join a few Zoom calls with clients and the team each week

     

    The Ideal Person For This Role

    • 2–5 years of software development experience (mid to mid+ level)
    • Strong in JavaScript (preferable) or Python
    • Solid experience with web development (bonus for React / Next.js) and API integrations
    • Familiarity with n8n, no/low-code platforms, and automations
    • Passion for AI, automation, and using tools like Cursor, Cline, Roo-code, etc.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and ship clean code
    • Comfortable working independently, as well as collaborating with a team
    • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) is a must
    • The ability to take Zoom calls during North American business hours (Note: a high-speed internet connection is a must, along with a quiet, distraction-free work environment to take Zoom calls)

     

    Big Plus If You Have

    • Experience building or managing Notion workspaces
    • Already built AI agents using both low/no-code tools (Flowise, Langflow, CrewAI, etc.) and full-code frameworks (Langchain, etc)
    • Previously built internal tools or handled complex data migrations
    • You love clean UX and thinking about how to make tools intuitive
