We’re looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for the Business Associates (BA) direction.

This role is centered around making strong hire / no-hire decisions. You’ll assess real startup readiness, interpret signals beyond CVs, and apply a clear, consistent hiring bar across a diverse range of BA profiles.
 

You’ll work with candidates ranging from generalist operators to more specialized profiles in operations, automation, marketing, and sales. The challenge is not filling roles, but understanding context, evaluating transferable skills, and predicting on-the-job performance in fast-moving startup environments.

Beyond hiring execution, you’ll contribute to improving how we hire — refining interview structure, scorecards, and feedback loops based on real outcomes after the match.
 

What you’ll do 
Own the BA pipeline

• Own the hiring flow for Business Associates from role intake with the core team → sourcing/inbound → pre-screen → test task coordination & evaluation → shortlist → handoff to Team Lead for case study
• Own pipeline pacing and visibility: ensure candidates move forward on time, and bottlenecks are visible and addressed

Sourcing + inbound review

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for BA profiles (generalists + specialists in ops/automation/marketing/sales)

Candidate communication & candidate experience

• Work closely with Ops to keep systems clean: ATS hygiene, templates, process consistency

Process, tooling & automation improvements

• Keep the ATS accurate and decision-ready (stage logic, tags, notes, scorecards, reasons)
• Spot repetitive steps and propose automation opportunities with Ops (e.g., scheduling flows, task distribution, reminders, structured feedback capture)
• Help evolve the hiring system: templates, scorecards, rubrics, and funnel metrics

Requirements:
— 3+ years experience in IT recruitment
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills
— An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing , job analysis, and relationship management

Чому ця роль варта твоєї уваги:

1. Адекватне навантаження: паралельно в роботі 4–5 вакансій. Реалістичні строки закриття позицій. Ми не працюємо в режимі «DevOps потрібен через півтора тижня».
2. Адекватні замовники, які бачать у рекрутері не сервісну функцію, а повноцінного партнера в пошуку талантів.
3. Структурність і системність: прописані процеси відкриття позиції, пошуку та презентації кандидата, ATS-система, раз на тиждень надаємо короткий репорт Team Lead-у.
4. Команда підтримує, направить і допоможе, але без мікроменеджменту.
5. Додатково: оплата Djinni, виплата бонусів за рекомендації, виділяємо бюджети на sourcing-інструменти та таргетинг.

Твої майбутні задачі:

1. Вести повний цикл підбору: отримувати та деталізувати запит від hiring manager, формувати портрет кандидата разом із замовником, запускати вакансію та супроводжувати її до етапу оферу.
2. Здійснювати активний пошук кандидатів: використовувати прямі методики сорсингу (LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean search, X-ray), працювати з професійними спільнотами та рекомендаціями, тестувати та впроваджувати нестандартні інструменти пошуку.
3. Проводити інтерв’ю та оцінку кандидатів: організовувати та проводити скринінги, застосовувати біографічні, компетенційні та кейсові методики, оцінювати hard і soft skills відповідно до вимог позиції.
4. Готувати аналітичний фідбек для бізнесу: формувати структуровані висновки про кандидатів, аргументувати рекомендації на основі фактів і прикладів, проводити порівняльний аналіз кандидатів у воронці.
5. Взаємодіяти з бізнесом на всіх етапах підбору: регулярно синхронізуватися з hiring manager, узгоджувати етапи відбору, управляти очікуваннями щодо строків і якості кандидатів.
6. Супроводжувати кандидатів до виходу на роботу: координувати технічні інтерв’ю, підтримувати комунікацію з кандидатами, узгоджувати та презентувати умови оферу.
7. Забезпечувати системність та аналітику процесу: працювати в ATS-системі, вести воронку підбору, готувати щотижневу звітність, аналізувати ключові HR-метрики та ефективність джерел пошуку.
8. Підсилювати бренд роботодавця через рекрутинг: забезпечувати якісний candidate experience, працювати з рекомендаціями, підтримувати професійну репутацію компанії на ринку.

Ти perfect match, якщо маєш:

1. Досвід у рекрутингу від 1 року з успішним закриттям IT та Digital-вакансій та готовність працювати з ролями у сфері iGaming. Досвід у домені буде плюсом, але не є обов’язковим, важливіша швидка адаптація до специфіки бізнесу.
2. Впевнене використання методик прямого пошуку кандидатів: LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-ray, робота з професійними спільнотами, рекомендаціями та альтернативними каналами. Орієнтація не лише на відгуки, а на проактивний пошук.
3. Розуміння та застосування сучасних інструментів у рекрутменті: ATS-системи, сорсинг-інструменти, аналітика джерел, автоматизація рутинних процесів. Уміння обирати інструмент під задачу, а не «для галочки».
4. Знання та практичне використання різних методик інтерв’ю: біографічного, за компетенціями, кейсового, проективного підходу. Уміння будувати структуру розмови та перевіряти гіпотези через конкретні приклади з досвіду кандидата.
5. Глибока аналітична оцінка кандидатів: підготовка структурованого фідбеку для бізнесу з аргументацією, прикладами та логічними висновками. Здатність відокремлювати факти від суб’єктивних вражень.
6. Системність у роботі: автоматизація процесів рекрутингу, ведення вакансій в ATS, підготовка звітності, розуміння ключових метрик (time-to-hire, конверсія етапів, ефективність джерел).
7. Використання AI у щоденній роботі: для сорсингу, аналізу резюме, підготовки питань до інтерв’ю, структурування фідбеку, оптимізації комунікації та підвищення продуктивності. Важливо — не просто користуватися інструментами, а інтегрувати їх у процес з розумом.

Наш ідеальний кандидат:

• Має досвід у рекрутингу від 2 років (бажано в IT або iGaming).
• Закривав вакансії різного рівня складності - від джунів до сіньор.
• Має досвід роботи з технічними та нетехнічними позиціями.
• Вміє працювати з різними каналами пошуку (LinkedIn, job boards, рекомендації тощо).
• Має сильні комунікаційні та переговорні навички.

Основні обов'язки:

• Повний цикл рекрутингу: від пошуку кандидатів до фінальної пропозиції та створення Job Offer.
• Активний пошук кандидатів через різні платформи та канали (LinkedIn, job-сайти, соцмережі, рекомендації).
• Побудова та підтримка довгострокових відносин з кандидатами.
• Оцінка резюме та проведення інтерв'ю.
• Комунікація з hiring-менеджерами щодо відкриття та статусу вакансій.
• Створення профілів вакансій та написання job descriptions.
• Аналіз рекрутингової воронки та підготовка звітності.
• Виявлення слабких місць у процесі та пропозиції щодо покращення.
