We are looking for a Manual QA engineer to join our product team in Kyiv. In this position, you will work closely with the development team to identify, report and track issues, and interact with other members of the Scrum team to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- At least of 2 years of commercial experience in software testing (is a must);
- Solid experience inβ―Web testing;
- Proven experience in API testing and familiarity with Postman and SoapUI;
- Ability to read and analyze logs to troubleshoot issues;
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture and microservices.
- Experience with CI processes and tools (nice to have);
- Strong understanding of QA Processes;
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process;
- Hands-on experience with SQL and experience in querying databases;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability toβ―multi-task, prioritize and beβ―able toβ―work onβ―your own initiative;
- English Upper Intermediate (spoken is a must);
Responsibilities:
- Manual testing: Web and Mobile (native);
- Estimation of testing efforts for the project;
- API Testing;
- Provide clear and accurate reporting on testing progress and results;
- Design and execute test plans and cases to ensure product quality;
- Mentor other QA team members;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize defects and provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance;
- Analyze automated test results;
- Perform investigative testing toβ―determine possible causes ofβ―issues;
- Ensure that the software meets both functional and non-functional requirements;
