Marketing Account Manager (Azerbaijan) $700-900

Hi! We are infocus, a Ukrainian company operating in 16 markets in Europe and Asia. We have our own products and help to develop businesses in the spheres of IT, marketing and customer service. Now we are actively looking for an Event/Account Manager in our marketing agency re:re bureau, who(s) will take over project management and coordinate work with clients and creative team.
re:re bureau is an international marketing team of experts, integrating into the daily work of clients and fulfilling marketing tasks of any complexity. More than 5 years of work in the market, cooperation with more than 30 brands from Ukraine, South-Eastern Europe and Central Asia allowed us to form a flexible, cross-functional approach to marketing. The re:re bureau team is ready to provide full-fledged support to clients from different business segments.

What you need to do:
- Manage projects from tasking to final implementation.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, coordinate details, budgets and project deadlines.
- Search for contractors and subcontractors, conduct tenders.
- Prepare briefs for teams and approve budgets.
- Monitor compliance with deadlines and completion of tasks.
- Maintain all necessary project documentation including contracts, budgets and reports.

What we expect from you:
- Experience as an Event Manager or Project Manager from 1.5 years (preferably in a marketing agency).
- Knowledge of English at the level of B1-B2, fluency in Russian and Azerbaijani.
- Skills of working with basic computer programs (MS Office), experience of working with CRM-system.
- Ability to coordinate a team and manage projects in compliance with deadlines and budget.
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly switch between tasks and effectively solve problems.
- Knowledge of Central Asia, Caucasus market, local expertise in contractors (in Baku).
- Attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
- Readiness for business trips (1-3 weeks) - Central Asia, Caucasus, Turkey and not only :)
