• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com,).
• Strong technical aptitude with a good grasp of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and general IT concepts. The ability to write and understand Python code is a significant plus, but not required.

This role is part of a new long-term project, where you will cover Tier 1 technical support, working closely with international clients and internal teams. Project Description:
