Why We Created This Role

Our products and technical platform have grown significantly over recent years. As a result, the demands for in-depth technical analysis of support cases have increased as well.

Until now, particularly deep technical analyses – for example in databases, logs, or API communication – were handled directly by our development teams. With the Technical Support Analyst role, we are introducing a new position within support that takes ownership of exactly these tasks: thoroughly analyzing technical incidents, identifying root causes, and preparing problem statements in a structured way for development.

We are looking for an Android Developer to build and support software for POS (Point-of-Sale) systems. You’ll work on Android applications used in real retail environments, integrating with USB peripherals and EFT/payment terminals, and collaborating across mobile + backend to deliver reliable, testable, production-grade solutions.

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain Android POS applications used in day-to-day retail operations
• Integrate and support USB peripherals (e.g., scanners, printers, cash drawers) and EFT terminals
• Evolve UI architecture: maintain XML screens, build new features in Jetpack Compose, and contribute to XML → Compose migration
• Design and implement clean, modular app architecture
• Build robust asynchronous flows using Kotlin Coroutines
• Write and maintain Unit tests and UI tests, improving stability and regression coverage

We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of product-led revenue growth (MRR) across our growing portfolio of SaaS products, including:

This is a foundational role. You will define how product marketing works at TechMagic - from positioning and go-to-market to experimentation, analytics, and growth loops. The right person will have the opportunity to build and lead the product marketing direction as the portfolio and team expand.

What You’ll Own

Product Marketing & Positioning

• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product and target segment
• Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and use cases
• Own ICP definition, segmentation, and JTBD frameworks
• Develop and maintain core PMM assets: messaging frameworks, landing page narratives, onboarding flows, and sales enablement materials

Go-To-Market & Growth

• Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches, features, and pricing experiments
• Partner with SEO, PPC, and SDR teams to drive trial, activation, conversion, and expansion
