Requirements

• 3+ years of AML and compliance experience within a fintech company, Payment Service Provider (PSP), Electronic Money Institution (EMI), or another regulated financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Practical experience with payment processing, card acquiring, and the payments ecosystem.
• Good understanding of Visa and Mastercard rules and compliance requirements.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will discover valuable insights from marketing data, help our team make data-driven decisions, and improve marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, loves working with data, and has strong technical skills in marketing analytics.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a marketing analyst
• Expert knowledge of GA4 and GTM (Server Side is required).
• Strong understanding of main marketing channels (Paid, Organic, Email).
• Skilled in writing, optimizing, and using complex SQL queries for large datasets. Ability to use SQL effectively for data cleaning, transformation, and preparation.
• Experience using Python(Pandas, Plotly) for data analysis. Familiarity with tools like Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.
• Practical experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar platforms. Able to create clear visualizations to present complex insights.
• Understanding of consent management platforms.
• English proficiency: at least upper-intermediate level (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, including marketing managers and analysts.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and practical experience with A/B testing.

Nice to have:

Key tasks:

• Analyze marketing campaigns and provide clear recommendations to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by analyzing user behaviour, anomalies, and A/B test results.
• Automate analytical tasks and create reports in BI tools based on marketing data models.
• Regularly review key marketing metrics and provide hypotheses for future analyses.
• Support the PPC team in tracking and improving the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Develop and implement an effective attribution model for our SaaS product.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to address critical business questions in a timely manner.
