Jobs at Djinni

Hi, Flatstudio team here.

We're a strategic design partner for data-intensive products – sportsbooks, sports analytics platforms, trading terminals, SaaS. HQ in Lisbon, distributed team across Europe. Our clients include products with millions of monthly users, and some of our partnerships run 6–9+ years. Design at Flatstudio means the full system: UX, interfaces, code, and product logic – not standalone screens.

We're opening a Business Development role to build our outbound sales direction in the iGaming and sports analytics verticals. This is a build-from-scratch role: you'll own the pipeline, work directly with the founder, and grow into full-cycle sales as the direction matures.

What your first 3 months look like

• Research iGaming, sportsbook, and sports analytics companies across Europe, North America, and selected international markets
• Run first-touch outreach through LinkedIn and outsourcing marketplaces, using our case studies as the core asset
• Qualify leads and bring them to an intro call – the founder joins deals from that point, and you learn our sales process from the inside
• Set up and maintain the CRM and outreach workflows, with AI tools where they genuinely help

What the role grows into

• Full-cycle sales: from intro call to contract signing
• Pre-sales together with the team: requirements gathering, scoping, proposal building
• Long-term client relationships, cross-sell and upsell
• Real influence on how our sales and business processes are built – your ideas will be implemented, not filed

Must-haves

• 1.5+ years of hands-on B2B sales or lead generation experience – digital services, agencies, or outsourcing
• Working knowledge of the iGaming industry: who the operators, platforms, and affiliates are, and how B2B models like White Label and Turnkey work
• Proven outbound experience through LinkedIn or marketplaces – you know how to start conversations that don't get ignored
• Hands-on use of AI tools in your own workflow
• English – Advanced (C1+), fluent written and spoken communication with clients
• Ukrainian – understanding is a must

Nice-to-haves

• Existing contacts in the industry: operators, affiliates, platforms
• Experience selling into regulated markets
• Understanding of UX/product design fundamentals
• Business analysis or requirements-gathering experience

Who fits this role

• You act without waiting for ready-made instructions – there is no playbook here yet; you'll help write it
• You build trust rather than push – our sales cycle is consultative, not transactional
• You're motivated by closed revenue and by building something, not by maintaining someone else's pipeline
• You're comfortable communicating directly with clients, the team, and the CEO

Working conditions

• Full-time, remote
• Base salary €800–1,500 (based on experience) + 20% commission on the first payment of every deal you close
• 3-month probation period
• 22 business days of paid vacation, 3 paid sick days, plus public holidays
• Tools: Notion, Slack, Figma, Claude

How to apply

Send your CV along with a short description of one deal you sourced and closed yourself – your role in it, the sales cycle, and the outcome. No client names needed.

Who We Are:

Compare The Carrier / CTC Stack is a U.S.-focused company building marketing, sales, analytics, automation, and AI solutions that help businesses grow and optimize their operations.

We have an established business in the logistics industry and are actively expanding into new products, services, and verticals.

Position: Senior B2B Sales Executive / Closer — U.S. Market

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on B2B Sales Executive who can personally convert qualified opportunities into new clients and revenue for CTC Stack.

This is a role for someone who is strongest in direct sales: leading discovery calls, understanding business needs, presenting solutions, handling objections, negotiating, following up, and closing deals.

We need someone who can confidently sell to U.S. business owners and decision-makers and take real ownership of opportunities from qualified meeting to signed client and first payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personally lead discovery calls, sales meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing of B2B deals.
• Convert qualified opportunities into signed, paying clients.
• Understand the prospect’s business, challenges, goals, and buying motivation and position the right CTC Stack solution.
• Present and sell CTC Stack products, marketing services, lead generation, automation, and technology solutions.
• Handle objections around price, ROI, timing, trust, competition, and previous experiences.
• Build strong relationships with business owners, founders, CEOs, and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and move opportunities toward a clear commercial decision.
• Work with the CEO and internal teams on ICP, positioning, offers, pricing, and sales messaging.
• Provide market feedback and identify commercial opportunities based on real client conversations.
• Analyze lost deals, objections, market feedback, and conversion data to improve sales performance.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline, accurate deal stages, and forecasting.

• Contribute to improving sales processes and playbooks based on successful deals and recurring objections.

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development roles with direct closing responsibility.
• Strong experience selling to the U.S. market.
• Proven track record of personally closing B2B deals and generating revenue, not only generating meetings or building pipelines.
• Strong experience with discovery → proposal → objection handling → negotiation → close.
• Experience selling to business owners, founders, CEOs, or senior decision-makers.
• Strong consultative and solution-based sales skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to understand a client's business and connect the offer to measurable commercial value.
• Experience working with CRM and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Strong commercial thinking and focus on conversion, closed clients, and revenue.
• Fluent English.

Would be a Plus:

• Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, or high-ticket agency services.
• Experience in Logistics, healthcare, dental, or other U.S. service industries.
• Experience selling AI, automation, SaaS, CRM / RevOps, MarTech, or technology solutions.
• Experience selling retainers or recurring B2B services.
• Experience selling custom software or business process automation.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is strong in sales and closing, not someone who prefers to stay behind the pipeline.

You should be comfortable personally leading important sales conversations, asking the right questions, understanding the client's real motivation, presenting value, handling difficult objections, negotiating, and asking for the sale.

You should be comfortable working with evolving products and offers, providing feedback from the market, and taking real ownership of your commercial results.

Success in this role will be measured primarily by new revenue, closed clients, qualified opportunity → client conversion, and sales performance.

Please apply with your CV, examples of B2B deals you personally closed in the U.S. market, measurable revenue and conversion results, and your expected compensation!
