Main Responsibilities

– Provide IT support to employees (remote and on-site)

– Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access

– Handle onboarding and offboarding from the IT side

– Prepare and configure employee workstations

– Manage IT equipment procurement, delivery, and inventory

– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues

– Maintain IT documentation and asset records

– Support internal tools (Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub)

– Assist with cloud access management (AWS / GCP / Azure basics)

Mandatory Requirements

– 3+ years in IT support / Service Desk / system administration

– Experience with access management, onboarding, equipment provisioning

– Experience supporting macOS environments is preferred, Linux (Ubuntu) systems will also be considered relevant

– Understanding of network basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)

– Experience with ticketing systems

We are looking for a Network Engineer to join us.

Servers.com is an international hosting provider with data centers in the US, Europe and Asia.

We provide reliable business solutions: dedicated servers, cloud technologies, load balancer, firewall, Kubernetes and monitoring services.

Clients use our services to deploy game servers, payment gateways, streaming services and other high-load systems.

Key tasks:

• providing network equipment administration at multiple data centers;
• performing the routine and emergency maintenance works on network equipment;
• dealing with requests from external and internal clients;

• directly participating in internal projects (developing network, connecting new locations, implementing new equipment, automation).

   

Requirements:

• proficiency in LAN/WAN principles;
• strong understanding of dynamic network protocols (BGP/OSPF);
• understanding L2-networking: VLANs, xSTP family, LACP, Redundancy (LACP/VRRP/etc);
• ability to perform basic network troubleshooting;
• English level sufficient for reading technical documentation and communicating with customers (Intermediate at least);

• ability to learn, communication skills, willingness to take in and analyze large amounts of new information (mostly technical in English).

About the Project

We are building and scaling several internal products, including a proprietary CMS and a custom CI/CD platform. Instead of relying on typical off-the-shelf solutions, our systems are designed with a heavily tailored architecture focused on performance and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction of the product, drive architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure engineering best practices across the platform.
• End-to-end feature development: Architect, implement, and support new functionality across the stack using TypeScript, React, and Node.js (Express).
• Editor & visual builder improvements: Enhance our in-house React-based builder and rich-text editor by adding new components, shortcodes, and draft/publish flows.
