Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Proficient with various forms of manual testing
- Experience with modern QA tools for regression testing (e.g. Mabl, TestIM, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
- Familiarity with load and performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, k6, Gatling)
- Experience with or willingness to become proficient in automated regression testing
- Experience with or openness to using genAI QA tooling (prompting for test generation, scenario design, etc.)
- Basic understanding of application architectures
- Intermediate level with Scrum process
- Can create User Stories and quickly understand business domains and application requirements
- Basic understanding of automated build, deployment, and continuous integration and deployment techniques and technologies
- Basic understanding of cloud computing with Amazon Web Services
- Can mentor 1 or 2 Junior QA Analysts
