    You will own the full sales cycle for our lead marketplace, from first contact to signed deal and onboarding.     • Close deals from warm inbound leads and active outreach across our existing database
    • Manage the full sales cycle - discovery, demos, negotiation, contract signing, onboarding
    • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM and track key metrics daily
    • Identify deal blockers and improve conversion at every stage of the funnel
    • Work with marketing to optimize lead quality and follow-up speed

    • 1+ years of experience in active sales (B2B or B2C) with a strong closing track record
