About the Team and Role
We’re looking for a Middle / Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our Risk Systems team and work on Chargebackhit — a Solidgate product focused on fraud and chargeback prevention, as well as dispute management for merchants worldwide.
Chargebackhit handles a complex ecosystem of integrations with banks and payment systems: from receiving prevention and fraud notifications to importing chargebacks from multiple external sources and supporting full representment flows. The system also includes a dedicated merchant admin hub, where clients manage disputes and track their cases.
At Solidgate, quality is built in, not tested in later.
We don’t have manual QA roles — automation engineers are full-fledged contributors to product quality. You’ll be involved early in feature planning, risk analysis, and design discussions, helping teams make better decisions before code reaches production.

We’re hiring a Product Manager/Owner who can turn a strong product vision into consistent shipping.
This is a high-velocity execution role: you’ll translate high-level goals into crisp specs, coordinate delivery across engineering, and ensure we ship the right things on time.
You’ll work closely with the founding team, engineers and designers to keep the roadmap focused, the backlog sharp, and releases predictable.
You will be building an iOS + web platform for AI document understanding (OCR, summary, chat) and manipulation (editing & productivity).

Key Responsibilities
- Turn goals into specs: write clear PRDs/specs with edge cases, UX states, and acceptance criteria so engineering can build without guessing.
- Own delivery cadence: sprint rhythm, backlog grooming, release planning, and cross-functional coordination (engineering + design).
- Make shipping predictable: lightweight workflows (Jira), release checklists, and crisp definition-of-done.
- Prioritize ruthlessly: keep focus on the highest-impact work; protect the team from churn and scope creep.
- Close the loop: define success metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate based on real usage (not opinions).
