About the role

We run and maintain multiple client platforms across e-commerce, pharma, and professional services. Our stack includes WordPress, Mautic, n8n, and modern web frontends (Astro / Remix).

We are looking for a reliable Automation & Web Ops Specialist who takes ownership of day-to-day operations and client requests, keeps systems running, fixes issues independently, and documents their work.

This is not a “just follow instructions” role. You should enjoy understanding systems, improving stability, and learning new tools.

What you will do

• Maintain and update WordPress sites (content changes, block layouts, plugins, updates, staging → production)
• Build and maintain Mautic assets (emails, forms, segments, campaigns, troubleshooting)
• Maintain and improve n8n workflows (webhooks, API calls, error handling, retries, basic JS)
• Investigate and resolve incidents (failed automations, broken forms, email issues)
• Follow a structured staging / production process
• Document changes clearly (what changed, where, how to roll back)
• Communicate clearly via tickets and async tools
   

Required skills

• Solid experience with WordPress (blocks, plugins, basic theme understanding)
• Practical experience with n8n (nodes, credentials, webhooks, error workflows)
• Experience with Mautic or similar marketing automation tools
• Basic understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, webhooks)
• Basic Linux / Docker familiarity (logs, env vars, restarting services)
• Clear written communication in English
  (German is a plus; using translate/LLMs is absolutely fine)

We’re a small, experienced team in retail/restaurant tech. Now we’re looking for a part-time hardware engineer to help us move from validated prototypes to production-ready electronics.

• Help define the final hardware architecture (MCU, sensors, power, interfaces).
• Design and review schematics (ESP32-based system, sensors, displays, LEDs).
• Help define internal communication between modules (wired / wireless).
• Support BOM optimization (cost, availability, manufacturability)
