The core of our team has significant experience in aerospace engineering and computer vision application development in Europe, including at Bolt (EE), Open Cosmos (UK) and Starship Technologies (EE). Lendurai has offices in Estonia and Ukraine.

As  a UAV Test and Integration Engineer  in Ukraine, you will work in the national UAV ecosystem: directly with military users, with manufacturers integrating Lendurai solutions into their platforms, and at the range during testing. You will become a key link between military units (users), Ukrainian UAV manufacturers, and our remote engineering and product teams.

Your tasks

• Work with military technical teams to resolve technical, configuration, and integration issues on FPV and multirotor platforms using Lendurai solutions.

Як Інженер з випробувань та інтеграції БпЛА в Україні, ти працюватимеш у національній UAV-екосистемі: безпосередньо з військовими користувачами, з виробниками, які інтегрують рішення Lendurai у свої платформи, а також на полігонах під час випробувань. Ти станеш ключовою ланкою між військовими загонами (користувачами), українськими виробниками БпЛА та нашими віддаленими інженерними й продуктовими командами.

Ваші завдання

• Працювати з військовими технічними колмандами для розв’язання технічних, конфігураційних та інтеграційних питань на FPV- і мультироторних платформах із використанням рішень Lendurai.
• Підтримувати українських виробників БпЛА під час інтеграції програмного та апаратного забезпечення Lendurai у їхні платформи й наземні системи управління.
• Планувати, проводити та документувати полігонні випробування та тестові польоти спільно з оборонними замовниками й партнерами.
• Інтегрувати та тестувати радіоканали й відеолінки на платформах БпЛА, зокрема MILERLS, аналогові та цифрові відеосистеми, ретранслятори та наземні станції.
• Налаштовувати, прошивати та оптимізувати прошивки MILERS / MILBETA.
• Виконувати PID-налаштування та іншу оптимізацію параметрів контролера для мультироторних і літакових (fixed-wing) платформ відповідно до конкретних місійних профілів.
• Діагностувати та усувати механічні, електричні, радіо- й програмно-апаратні (firmware) несправності на місці; підтримувати платформи БпЛА та наземні станції в робочому стані для тестів і демонстрацій.
• Збирати, структурувати й передавати логи, телеметрію та відеоматеріали з польотів; надавати інженерним та продуктовим командам дані для вдосконалення алгоритмів і досвіду роботи з системою.
• Навчати кінцевих користувачів (пілотів БпЛА, техніків, інструкторів) налаштовувати, експлуатувати й обслуговувати системи на базі рішень Lendurai.
• Тісно співпрацювати з віддаленими інженерними командами (Естонія/інші країни): відтворювати виявлені проблеми, перевіряти працездатність запропонованих виправлень та передавати інформацію про реальні обмеження роботи системи й нетипові сценарії (edge cases).
• Працювати з пріоритетом безпеки поблизу бойових зон (не передова): проводити оцінку ризиків, підтримувати чітку комунікацію з командирами підрозділів і дотримуватися дисциплінованих процедур роботи на місці.

Обов’язкові вимоги

Практичний досвід роботи з FPV у бойових або наближених до бойових умовах:

• Підтверджений досвід керування FPV-дронами в ручних режимах (Acro), бажано під час бойових завдань або реалістичних тренувальних місій.

Глибока експертиза в конфігурації радіосистем і прошивок:

• Просунуті навички налаштування та прошивки MILERS і MILBETA.
• Досвід інтеграції та усунення несправностей різних радіостеків (відео, управління, телеметрія, ретранслятори) на FPV- і мультироторних платформах.

Досвід роботи з контролерами польоту та налаштуванням:

• Досвід PID-налаштування та оптимізації пов’язаних параметрів для мультироторів.
• Впевнена робота з поширеними стек-контролерами (Betaflight / INAV / Ardupilot / PX4 або аналогами).

Мова та місце роботи:

• Вільне володіння українською та англійською мовами (усно й письмово).
• Проживання в Україні та готовність регулярно виїжджати на бази БпЛА та полігони для тестів.

Спільнота та взаємодія:

• Активність або налагоджені зв’язки в українській спільноті розробників військових БпЛА (підрозділи, волонтери, OEM-виробники, інтеграційні лабораторії, R&D-команди).
• Готовність працювати у близькості до бойових зон (не на передовій) і щоденно взаємодіяти з військовими кінцевими користувачами.
• Здатність ефективно співпрацювати з віддаленими інженерними командами через дзвінки, чати та структурований зворотний зв’язок.

Бажані плюси

 Досвід участі у військових або волонтерських R&D-проєктах у сфері БпЛА (розробка індивідуальних рам, корисних навантажень або місійних профілів).

• Досвід створення та обслуговування наземних станцій і ретрансляторних рішень для FPV великої дальності.
• Навички Python або написання скриптів для швидкого аналізу логів, обробки телеметрії чи розробки допоміжних інструментів.
• Досвід роботи з оборонними чи безпековими структурами або з виробниками (OEM) у ролі технічного інженера на виїздах.
